What is the main content of tourism law?

Tourism law is legislated from the national level, including protecting the legitimate rights and interests of tourists and tour operators, clarifying the rights and responsibilities of all parties, protecting the rights of tourists and tour operators, and supervising and enforcing the law by government departments.

Tourism covers a wide range, including eating, living, traveling, traveling, shopping and entertainment. Therefore, the tourism law stipulates a wider scope of applicable behavior, including not only tourism activities in a narrow sense, but also business activities of other industries that provide related services for tourism activities. The Tourism Law focuses on group tourism activities. Tourism activities such as self-help tours and go on road trip, which tourists personally participate in, can be protected by laws such as the Consumer Protection Law, the Contract Law and the Tort Liability Law.
