1, Dazu stone carving

Dazu Stone Carving Tourist Attraction is a religious cliff carving in the late Tang Dynasty and early Song Dynasty, with Buddhist themes as the main theme, especially the cliff statues in Beishan Mountain and Baoding Mountain, which is the most famous ancient stone carving art in China. The Cliff Statue in Beishan is located in Beishan 1.5km north of Dazu District, Chongqing.

The cliff statue in Beishan is about 300 meters long and is a national key cultural relic protection unit and a world cultural heritage. The statue was first excavated in the first year of Jingfu at the end of the Tang Dynasty (AD 892), and it lasted for more than 250 years, after the completion of the Later Liang Dynasty, the Later Tang Dynasty, the Later Jin Dynasty, the Later Han Dynasty, and the Last Friday to the Southern Song Dynasty (1 162). There are more than 4,600 existing sculptures, which are outstanding representatives of the late grotto art in China.

2. Nanshan Stone Carvings

Nanshan, formerly known as Guanghua Mountain, is located 2 kilometers south of long gang zhen, Dazu County, with an altitude of 5 14 meters. 1131-1162 (Shaoxing, Southern Song Dynasty) was carved on the cliff wall of1-165438 (Shaoxing, Southern Song Dynasty).

3. Shi Zhuan Mountain Grottoes

Shi Zhuan is located in Dazu County, Chongqing. 25 kilometers southwest of Dazu County, there is a Shiyin Mountain. There is a temple on the mountain called Fohui Temple. There are grottoes outside the temple, which are hidden stone carving areas, concentrated in Buddha Bay and Thousand Buddha Rocks, with about four or five thousand mixed Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism. The statue here is huge, like a pearl jade buried deep in the soil, reflecting an unexposed history.
