With the approval of the Shaanxi Provincial People’s Government (Shaanxi Zheng Tu Pi [2019] No. 660) and the sub-approval of the Xianyang Municipal People’s Government (Xian Tu Jian Zi [2018] No. 115), it agreed to expropriate Xizhangbao Town in our county Xiliu Village collective land. According to Article 48 of the "Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China" and Article 25 of the "Implementation Regulations of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China", the approved land ownership unit will now be Relevant matters related to the area and other land acquisition compensation and resettlement plans are announced as follows:
1. Land acquisition batch: Liquan County’s 22nd batch 01 agricultural land conversion and land acquisition in 2018.
2. Location of land acquisition: Xiliu Village, Xizhangbao Town, Liquan County.
3. Land compensation and resettlement standards:
1. Land compensation and resettlement subsidies are 45,000 yuan/mu (including land compensation, resettlement subsidies and compensation for ground attachments fee).
2. The compensation standards for ground attachments and other buildings (structures) shall be implemented with reference to the relevant documents of Liquan County.
4. The location, area, ownership and ownership of the land to be acquired: the total area to be acquired is 6.7035 hectares (including 1.1426 hectares of cultivated land, 5.2682 hectares of garden land, and 0.2927 hectares of other agricultural land). The land is located east of the tourist road , west of Xizhangbao Town Environmental Protection Industrial Park. The four tols are: to the west boundary of Xiliu Village agricultural land in the east; to the east boundary of Xiliu Village agricultural land in the west; to the north boundary of Xiliu Village agricultural land in the south; to the south boundary of Xiliu Village agricultural land in the north (specifically the four tols, The location is subject to the survey technical report).
Land owners and use rights holders must register for land acquisition compensation within 7 days from the date of announcement. Failure to do so will be deemed as giving up their due rights and interests. According to the provisions of Article 25 of the "Regulations on the Implementation of the Land Management Law of the People's Republic of China", the parties concerned have disputes over the land acquisition compensation and resettlement, which will not affect the organization and implementation of this plan.
