Part I: Unforgettable trip to Yunnan

Recently, our company organized employees to travel to Yunnan on vacation, which made everyone who had been busy for a year recuperate physically and mentally, broaden their horizons, increase their knowledge and cultivate their feelings. The trip to Yunnan was unforgettable.

After more than 4 people arrived in Kunming from Beijing, we visited Dali in Shilin, visited Shangri-La, a fairyland, photographed rapids and rapids along the Jinsha River, climbed the Jade Dragon Snow Peak to enjoy the Baishui River, and crossed Erhai Lake to the edge of butterfly spring, with a journey of more than 2, kilometers in Yunnan. Along the way, the blue sky and white clouds are beautiful, the mountains are green, and the water is not clear, but most of the rivers have not been polluted. The Nujiang River, Lancang River, Jinsha River and countless mountain springs and streams flowing here nourish this red soil plateau, making it a beautiful southern Xinjiang in China; Here is not only beautiful mountains and waters, but also a pleasant climate, with four seasons like spring, no heat in summer and no cold in winter; There are many kinds of plants here, with more than 1, species, which is a rare treasure house of plants in the world. Yunnan, a beautiful and rich land located on Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau, one of the four plateaus in China, is a veritable cornucopia of our motherland.

The Stone Forest in Yunnan, the most typical strange landscape of karst landform, has fascinated countless people. The variety of Oishinohayashi makes people think; The graceful appearance of the small stone forest makes people want to go back and forth. The Stone Forest, a natural "Stone Art Museum" created by nature, is the first stop of our trip, allowing us to appreciate the magical power of nature.

The three pagodas of Chongsheng Temple in Dali have a long history. They were built in the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty by the tenth generation of Wang Quan Fengyou of Nanzhao State. It has been about 13 years since then, and it is an important Buddhist shrine in Yunnan. It is well-known at home and abroad. Dali's marble is well-known at home and abroad, and the marble pillars of the majestic Great Hall of the People are made of marble from Dali. Under Cangshan Mountain and beside Erhai Lake, the ancient city of Dali is simple and quiet. Its history can be traced back to the Tianbao period of Tang Dynasty. The ancient city was built in Shili, Fiona Fang in the 15th year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (AD 1382). She is one of the first batch of 24 famous historical and cultural cities in China announced by the State Council. It is a good place that Jinhua and Apeng yearn for. It is also a place where the Bai people of China's ethnic minorities live together, and it is also the capital of Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province today.

Old Town of Lijiang is one of the most well-preserved ancient cities with regional minority characteristics in China. Old Town of Lijiang, also known as Dayan Ancient Town, is a world cultural heritage and a national 5A-level tourist attraction. The ancient city was built in the late Song Dynasty and early Ming Dynasty, and has a history of more than 8 years. She has been in Mika for a long time and is famous all over the world, attracting countless tourists to visit here. When you step on the thick stone pavement, the crystal-clear mountain spring water trickles through the roadside waterway, surrounded by the quaint buildings of ethnic minorities with wooden structures, and the shops are full of ethnic minority clothes, ornaments, gifts and local products, you seem to be in another world. When you have lived in a bustling metropolis for a long time, you have seen all the ups and downs and listened to all the noise, and suddenly you come to this comfortable ancient city, you will feel a kind of strangeness and longing ... < P > "The Jinsha River is warm on the cliff, and the Dadu Bridge is cold on the rail." The great man's poems last forever, and the surging torrent of Tiger Leaping Gorge on Jinsha River flows forever. The thrill of Tiger Leaping Gorge is chilling.

Shangri-La is located in Diqing Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in the northwest of Yunnan Province, at the southern tip of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, in the hinterland of Hengduan Mountains, where Yunnan, Sichuan and Tibet meet. Shangri-La is a fairyland pursued by the world in dreams, a paradise in reality, and a paradise where dreams and reality merge. This is a mysterious place where man and nature, man and animals, and animals and nature live in harmony. Local people regard their hometown as the sun and moon in their hearts and a paradise on earth. Shangri-La has beautiful mountains and beautiful waters, abundant plants, blue sky and white clouds. The poetic meaning outlined by nature here can't be expressed by words and characters. You can't appreciate the unique Shangri-La without visiting its territory, which is as mysterious and wonderful as a fairyland.

when we people who have lived in low-altitude plain areas for a long time came to high-altitude plateau areas and climbed to the height that people can reach at present (the highest point of the main peak of Yulong Snow Mountain is 5,596 meters above sea level, but no one can reach the highest point due to geological reasons), our hearts were full of surprises and curiosity. When I was standing on the main peak at an altitude of 4,68 meters, looking at the misty mountain and the distant mountains, I suddenly remembered the poem of Du Fu, a great poet in the Tang Dynasty: I will be at the top of the mountain and take over all the mountains. The majestic Yulong Snow Mountain, with its towering fans and steep main peaks, stands tall on the beautiful land of Lijiang, making the beautiful Lijiang also stand tall.

During our eight-day trip to Yunnan, we only saw a little bit of beautiful Yunnan, and there are more beautiful scenery to be seen and felt again in the future. We can't get enough of the scenery in Yunnan, and the cultural traditions of Yunnan's ethnic minorities are even more unforgettable.

Yunnan Province is one of the regions with the largest number of ethnic minorities in China. There are 25 ethnic minorities with a population of 45 million living in a land of more than 39, square kilometers. They have cultivated and lived in this land for generations, living in harmony and inheriting integration and kindness for thousands of years ...

Before coming to Yunnan, I heard that there are many ethnic minorities in Yunnan, and they live in peace and friendship. After coming, I realized the peace here, just like a big family.

In Kunming, the capital city with the largest number of ethnic minorities living in Yunnan, there are Han, Dai, Miao, Bai, Naxi, Hani, Tujia, Yi, Tibetan, Hui and Yao. No matter in hotels, streets, shops and restaurants where we live, the ethnic minorities wearing various national costumes feel that they are more tolerant, interlinked and the same except for the differences in their costumes.

This feeling is getting deeper and deeper in Shilin, Dali, Lijiang and Shangri-La. I bought a Bai costume in a shop in the ancient city of Dali. When I paid the money, I asked the shopkeeper who was from that ethnic group. She told her that it was a Naxi ethnic group, and she opened a clothing store. I asked her why you didn't sell your own ethnic clothes. She said that Bai and Naxi ethnic groups sell clothes, and other ethnic minority shops here, like hers, do not regard ethnic groups as obstacles to communication, but feel that everyone is the same and very harmonious.

The same is true when I buy small gifts in shops in Old Town of Lijiang. Many shops here sell decorations and gifts of Bai, Naxi, Tibetan and other ethnic minorities at the same time, while the shopkeepers selling things include Bai, Naxi, Tibetan and other ethnic minorities, as well as Han people. People living here are more accommodating and integrated. At a small business stall next to Tiger Leaping Gorge on the Jinsha River in Lijiang, there is a 5-or 6-year-old Tibetan girl selling colorful gifts of Tibetan style and Naxi ethnic style for the adults at home. The stalls next to her are adults of other ethnic minorities, who also sell the same things. Tourists pick and choose between their stalls, without hearing any of them say that what others sell is fake or bad. The little girl's business is as prosperous as other stalls.

along the way, I have been thinking about why there are so many ethnic minorities in Yunnan, and they can get along with each other, live in peace and harmony.

When I visited the Three Pagodas of Chongsheng Temple in Dali, I walked out of the gate, with my back facing Cangshan Mountain and facing Erhai Lake, and I had an epiphany: Datong is the aspiration of mankind, peace is the aspiration of the people, and inner balance is the pursuit of people ...

In addition, horses, cows and sheep I saw along the way were grazing and foraging with pigs, dogs, chickens and ducks. Also, in Yunnan, I saw that almost all dogs except Tibetan mastiff are free to breed, and no one leads them with a leash. When they meet people, they always hold their chests low and bow their heads respectfully. The locals told me that they are all domestic dogs, and they are very obedient and never hurt people. From this, I think that in Beijing, domestic dogs are all led by chains. After meeting people, I always forget to bark twice to show "self-esteem and self-improvement" or to say that dogs fight against people. Indeed, the dogs I have seen in Yunnan are very docile and have become polite under human education.

What Yunnan sees always seems so harmonious, harmony between people, harmony between animals, harmony between nature and harmony between creatures and nature. People of all ethnic groups in Yunnan live in harmony, and they cast a harmonious and beautiful society with kindness. Yunnan is a beautiful place with colorful scenery and picturesque scenery. We only saw a small part of the beautiful Yunnan this time. In the future, I will definitely go to see more strange mountains and rivers, flowers and grasses in Yunnan, feel the rich traditional culture, folk customs and folk customs, and understand the connotation and true meaning of colorful Yunnan.

I learned a lot of minority languages in Yunnan, but what impressed me most was Tibetan: Zhaxidele (meaning good luck)! Here, I wish our brothers and sisters of all ethnic groups in the country Zhaxidele! I wish the global Chinese Zha Xide Le! I wish people all over the world Tashildler!

chapter 2: seeking roots in Yunnan

my name is Yunling, and my sister's name is Poria. We are the same Chinese medicine.

According to my mother, the pregnancy reaction was particularly severe when I was pregnant, and she vomited so much that she could hardly eat. At that time, an old doctor prescribed her a dose of traditional Chinese medicine for treating pregnancy reaction, among which the smelly medicine was called Yunling, which had a very good effect. My mother recovered quickly and could eat normally. When I was born, my father was not at home on a business trip. When my aunt asked me what the name was, my mother remembered the Chinese medicine Yunling. It felt like a girl's name, so she said, "Let's call it Yunling."

when I was pregnant with my sister, my mother also had a pregnancy reaction, but it was not as severe as it was at first. It was the old Chinese doctor who prescribed an antiemetic prescription and replaced the medicine with Poria. My mother herself was a doctor, and she knew that the two medicines were the same in nature, but Poria was more common, and Poria was produced in Yunnan. Mother said that she later named her sister Poria for convenience.

Maybe it has something to do with my name. I am tall and my sister is small. Plus, it seems that I am more successful than my sister in all aspects. Sometimes the mother and the three girls joke together, and my sister always says that her mother is eccentric and that she has checked the information. Poria cocos and Poria cocos are actually a kind of medicine. Poria cocos is a fungus plant parasitic on the roots of pine trees, which has the effects of calming the heart, calming the nerves and diuresis. Yunling is poria cocos produced in Yunnan, called Yunling, or Yunling for short. Chinese medicine thinks Yunling is the top grade of poria cocos. "No wonder all the good things are taken up by my sister." My sister often blames my mother in this way, and my mother also says that according to her sister, Poria cocos is right. In fact, the best Poria cocos is a kind of wild Poria cocos grown in Yunnan, which is called Yun Poria cocos, which is the best medicine.

"Ha, sister, you see, mom has admitted it herself. It seems that mom is biased ..." Looking at my sister's naughty appearance, we girls often smile at each other, which is just a kind of ridicule. Mother often says that when you grow up, we will take you to Yunnan to find your roots, and our mother and three girls will go together.

At that time, for us who grew up in Guanzhong Plain, Yunnan was a distant place like the horizon. But every time I talk about such a topic, my mother always says something similar. If we talk about such jokes too much, we will keep a distant and mysterious Yunnan in each other's hearts.

It's almost my mother's 77th birthday. On that day, my sister and I both missed my mother, so we asked her out for a small gathering in a small town coffee shop. Speaking of it, it will be my mother's 77th birthday in a few days, and we want to give her a surprise, so the two sisters also thought of our dream of Yunnan, which we haven't had for many years. I invited my mother to visit Lijiang, Yunnan for a few days, and all the expenses were borne by our sisters. My 77-year-old mother heard that we were going to give her such a special birthday present, and she readily agreed. So we flew to Yunnan by train.

along the way, our mother was so happy that she chattered like a bird in a cage for a long time. Mom, in particular, is as happy as a child, talking about it. Looking at the golden rape flowers blooming by the roadside and the mountains rushing by in the distance, our sisters and mother started a doggerel. Looking at the rape blossoms in the field, I casually said, "The cauliflower is yellow everywhere," and my mother even said, "Farmers are busy farming." My sister came with a sentence: "Green fields depend on green hills". Mom came one after another: "Suddenly it's a foreign land"! Such a limerick is made up. We all agree that mom's "blink of an eye is a foreign country!" Raise the level of this limerick. My mother, who has been affirmed, is as happy as a child, and her smiling face with white hair warms my heart.

Because we took my mother with us, we took a self-help tour. My sister and I bought plane tickets and booked hotels online along the way. On the train, we contacted the people in Lijiang Yunyingge Inn. As soon as we arrived in Lijiang, the driver of Yunyingge met us at the station. Yunying Pavilion is an elegant and characteristic small courtyard, with clean and tidy rooms. The root carving of flowers and plants in the small courtyard has its own characteristics. The young master is a Naxi ethnic girl with glasses. She kisses our sister and calls her mom and grandma, which makes us feel at home.

We visited the old town of Lijiang and the ancient tea-horse road according to my mother's physical condition and interest. Cangshan Mountain, Erhai Lake, butterfly spring, Santasi and other scenic spots in Dali also spent a few days in Kunming.

The mountain road from Lijiang to Dali is steep and tortuous, which is beyond our imagination. Although it is a sleeper bus, it is rather bumpy, and my sister is a little carsick, which makes me uncomfortable. But mom behaved surprisingly well. She looked at the scenery outside the window with great interest, commented from time to time, and changed the direction of her body with the rotation of the car, which made me very pleased.

looking at the misty green forest, my mother jokingly said, "I can find your hometown! Wild poria cocos should grow under the pine trees in this mountain ... "I also said with emotion, perhaps many years ago, our mother lived in this mountain forest, and my mother was the old pine tree, while my sister and I were the wild Chinese medicines called Poria cocos and Poria cocos that grew under the tree, leaning against the big tree and absorbing the beautiful scenery, and my mother was our patron saint. In order to repay my mother's kindness, we have been reborn as my mother's daughter in this life ... < P > When my teasing came out, I didn't know that my mother and sister had tears in their eyes. I was speechless for a moment, looking at the unknown mountain road and feeling the scenery passing by the roadside in a hurry. I was glad that our mother and daughter could have such a trip to Yunnan in our lifetime. Perhaps, somehow, the three of us and this magical place have some kind of love that is hard to give up.

Part III: Silhouette of a trip to Yunnan

Colorful Yunnan has always been a fascinating place for everyone. With the longing for this sacred and mysterious land, my husband and I, six people, happily took flight SG4769 on that clear morning in this midsummer July.

Kunming Station

The plane carried everyone's joy and bright sunshine, and sent us to.
