Emei Mountain Tourism’s Sea of ??Emei Clouds
The sky is clear and white clouds are rising slowly from the mountains. In an instant, the vast sea of ??clouds and snow-white carpet are generally flat on the horizon. They are bright, thick, moist, and boundless. They seem to be resting and sleeping soundly. Sometimes, there are clouds on the horizon and clouds in the sky. Standing between two layers of clouds, one feels very high. In the Southern Song Dynasty, Fan Chengda called the sea of ??clouds the "Douluo Mian World" (Douluo: Sanskrit, the name of the tree, the name of which makes Douluo Noodles), and Buddhism called it the "Silver World".
Among the four famous Buddhist mountains in China, Buddhists also use "Silver World" as a synonym for Mount Emei, just like Mount Wutai is known as the "Golden World", Mount Putuo is known as the "Liu Li World", and Mount Jiuhua is known as the "Unnatural World". world".
When the wind blows, the sea of ??clouds disperses, and the peaks and mountains become isolated islands in the sea; the clouds gather, and thousands of mountains and valleys disappear without a trace. The sea of ??clouds opens and closes like a "green snake dancing on the mountain", and the scene is magnificent. When the wind is strong, the sea of ??clouds suddenly gallops, rolls, floats, and stretches, seemingly unimaginable, like waves, or like snowballs rolling on the ground. The most spectacular thing is that occasionally, countless mushroom-shaped cloud pillars are stirred up in the sea of ??clouds, rise into the sky, and then slowly scatter down, turning into faint wisps of clouds. This mushroom cloud is extremely difficult to see. Fan Che
The sky before dawn at Golden Summit is wonderful. In the east, in the deep purple space, the sky and the earth are the same color. Gradually, a line of red clouds floated from the sky, holding three or two colorful clouds with gold edges, indicating that a bright day was coming. Under the clouds, in the empty purple-blue sky, for a moment, a dot of purple rose slowly, gradually turning into a small arc and a semicircle; it turned into orange and golden red; then it jumped slightly and dragged slightly. The fleeting taillights revealed a red sun embedded in the horizon. Sunrise varies greatly due to different meteorological conditions and seasons. When the weather is clear, the sun rises from the horizon, and you can watch the whole process of the magnificent sunrise; or there are clouds in the sky, and when the sun rises, it is already a red sunrise; or there are clouds everywhere, and sometimes you can only see the morning glow and the sunrise. Sea of ??clouds.
With the rising sun, the sky is filled with morning glow, and thousands of golden lights shine on the earth. Mount Emei seems to be gradually covered with a golden cloak from head to toe, showing all its beautiful postures. At this moment, the sky and the earth have turned into a golden world, which symbolizes "the morning light is golden", which means a cold place. You must know that the sky and the earth are broad.

The bell ringing in the Buddhist pavilion is very particular, and it is often struck 108 times: once in the morning and once in the evening, 18 times when it is urgent, 18 times when it is slow, and 18 times when it is slow. Repeat this twice, 108 times, which means that a year should have 12 months, 24 solar terms, and 72 climates (5 days as waiting time), a total of 108 times, symbolizing the reincarnation of the year. , forever and ever. Buddhism also says that ringing the bell 108 times can eliminate 108 kinds of worries and distracting thoughts. Precautions for traveling to Mount Emei
1) Cold protection: The highest altitude of Mount Emei is 3,099 meters, with a relative altitude of more than 2,500 meters (the altitude of Mount Emei at the foot of the mountain is only 420 meters). The vertical difference is large, and the temperature is often about 10 degrees lower than at the foot of the mountain. Therefore, climbers should prepare for the cold as early as possible (you can also rent cotton-padded clothes at Golden Summit).
2) Rain protection: Mount Emei has low clouds and thick fog, and it rains all day long. Climbers should prepare appropriate rain gear (preferably a lightweight plastic film raincoat).
3) Anti-slip: Some road sections in Mount Emei are very slippery and dangerous. Tourists should pay special attention to safety and should not wear bare-soled or hard-soled shoes.
4) When joining a tour group for a one-day tour of Mount Emei, be sure to ask about the travel route because there are Line A and Line B locally. 5) There are unlicensed tour guides and licensed tour guides in the local area. Unlicensed tour guides will be caught by the inspectors, who will then send a licensed tour guide, which will delay the tour time.
6) It takes about two and a half hours to drive up the mountain. The destination is "Dong Leiping", not "Golden Summit". It is a 15-mile walk from Dongleiping to Jinding. Special tip: Do not rent jackets in Dongleiping, as this will increase your mountaineering burden.
7) Accommodation in Jinding is not very expensive, usually more than 20 yuan. You can stay in "Woyun" or an ordinary hotel like "Woshu". It is recommended to stay at "703 TV Station Guest House" and "Weather Station Guest House". "Jinding Hotel" has better conditions, but is more expensive.
