How to apply for a tourist visa to Spain

A tourist visa to Spain requires a visa, a passport and an interview at the Spanish Embassy.

1. Instructions for visas:

1. Spain is a Schengen country and can apply for a European Schengen visa. Schengen visa holders (unless otherwise indicated on the visa) can travel to all Schengen countries: Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Finland, France, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Austria, Portugal, Sweden and Spain. This visa cannot be used for work. There is no right to require a business visa to be issued. Visa is not a guarantee that you can enter the Schengen area, and whether you can enter the country is ultimately decided by the border defense department.

2. All visas of the Spanish Embassy need to be emailed in advance to make an appointment for an interview, and must be submitted and collected in person. The reservation email should include the following information: name, passport number, travel purpose and estimated departure time (no additional application materials are required). It is recommended to make an appointment at least one month before departure.

Second, the materials needed to apply for a Spanish visa:

1) Air ticket reservation form (printed in English). This is only used for visas. I will confirm my real flight after the visa comes out in the future.

2) hotel reservation form (printed, in English). This is only for visa purposes. You can confirm your hotel after signing it out.

3) Overseas travel insurance, which must be able to pay the following expenses during its stay in Schengen countries: the expenses of returning to China due to unexpected events caused by physical reasons, emergency medical care expenses or hospitalization expenses, and this insurance must pay at least 3, euros;

4) China's work certificate, which should include:

5) list of the applicant's bank accounts in the last three months;

6) The Spanish Embassy reserves the right to request other materials;

7) If it is a minor, the financial source certificate of parents or guardians and notarial certificate of authorization are required;

8) Passport, ID card and household registration book (original+photocopy in Chinese): the third-generation ID card should be copied on both sides of a piece of paper

9) 4 two-inch color photos;
