Travel guide to Qiantong Town

Railway: High-speed rail or high-speed train can reach Ninghai directly.

Highway: From Ninghai to Qiantong Village, bus No. 2 leaves every 15 minutes and passes through Qiantong Lianghuang Village. Buses from Ningbo to Wenzhou, Huangyan, Linhai and other places pass through Qiantong Lianghuang Village.

Bus route:

1. Take a minibus from Ningbo South Bus Station to Ninghai Main Station (ticket 24 yuan, journey 1.5 hours), then take bus No. 102 to the West Railway Station Or South Station, you can transfer to the minibus, which runs every 10 minutes from 4:52 to 17:45, and the journey takes 25 minutes.

2. Take a taxi from Ninghai Main Station to West Railway Station for 6 yuan, and then transfer to the Qiantong minibus, which takes 30 minutes. There are hotels, inns, and private homes in the town. There are more than 30 hotels and more than 20 large hotels in the county.

Evaluation

Praise: I have been to all ten ancient towns in Jiangnan, and some have even been to several Second-rate. My friends and I visited Qiantong Ancient Town accidentally and had a good impression. Although it is not as famous as Zhouzhuang or as large as Wuzhen, its uniqueness is that it is not tainted with commercial smell and retains the tranquility and simplicity of the ancient town. It is also the filming location for the late oil painter Chen Yifei's unfinished film "The Barber".

Bad review: I went there during the company’s annual meeting. It was just an average ancient town. In Jiangnan, there are too many such ancient towns. There is nothing particularly outstanding!
