The policies and regulations of the above requirements are based on the eight central regulations promulgated on February 4, 20 12 and the six prohibitions put forward by Zhejiang on February 26, 2000/2, which were later adopted by the central government. Six central bans:

1, it is strictly forbidden to use public funds for mutual visits, gifts, banquets and other New Year activities. All localities and departments should vigorously streamline all kinds of tea parties and get-togethers, strictly control the year-end appraisal and commendation activities, do not engage in holiday condolences between units, and may not hold various holiday celebrations without approval. Gifts and banquets with public funds are not allowed between superiors and subordinates, between departments, between units and within units. All localities are not allowed to hold homesickness meetings, tea parties, group meetings and other activities in the places where provincial and municipal organs are located. The existing arrangement must be cancelled. Party and government cadres at all levels are not allowed to accept banquets arranged by subordinate units, and are not allowed to participate in holiday celebrations of subordinate units without approval.

2. It is forbidden to send local products to higher authorities. All localities, departments and units shall not hand over local products, including various bills of lading, to higher authorities for any reason or form. Party and government cadres at all levels shall not accept local products and bills of lading donated by subordinate units for any reason, including investigation at the grassroots level. Party and government organs at all levels should strictly enforce discipline requirements, strengthen management, and put an end to the collection and distribution of local products within the organs.

3. It is strictly forbidden to receive and send gifts, gifts, securities, payment vouchers and commercial prepaid cards in violation of regulations. Leading cadres at all levels must strictly control the customs and be strict with themselves. They must resolutely refuse gifts, cash gifts, securities, payment vouchers and commercial prepaid cards that may affect the fair execution of official duties. It is strictly forbidden to take advantage of weddings and funerals to collect money.

4, it is strictly prohibited to spamming money, ostentation and extravagance, extravagance and waste. All localities and departments are not allowed to spend money at the end of the year in various names, and to distribute allowances, subsidies, bonuses and physical objects indiscriminately; It is not allowed to print, sell, buy and use various token shopping vouchers (cards) in violation of regulations; It is not allowed to organize and participate in high-consumption entertainment and fitness activities paid by public funds in various names; It is not allowed to use public funds to organize sightseeing, arrange private holiday travel, travel abroad (border) and other activities; No illegal use of buses or buses for private use during festivals.

5, it is forbidden to exceed the standard reception. Leading cadres should strictly follow the relevant requirements of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee when they go to the grassroots level for investigation, participation in meetings and inspections.

6. It is forbidden to organize and participate in gambling activities. Party member cadres at all levels must fully understand the serious harm of gambling and never organize or participate in any form of gambling activities.
