Brief introduction of Shishi rock
Shishi Rock is located in Daxiangshan, Xia Mo Village, Longqiao Street, Chengxiang District, Putian City, Fujian Province. "Shishi Tibetan Smoke" is one of the 24 scenic spots in Putian. When the history of 1 was recorded in the Northern Song Dynasty, there were "five stone pagodas, now". In the Ming Dynasty, the existing seven-story square brick tower was rebuilt on the original site of the stone tower, and there was a through hole on the tower, which was called "patio". Although the eaves of the original wooden turret tower on each floor have fallen off due to years, the image of its brick tower without eaves is simple and solemn, but it is also full of unique sense of vertical lines. There is a huge stone on the site of Hufuyan at the back of the temple, just like a giant tongue spitting out from the mountainside and reaching to the top of the rock, commonly known as the dragon tongue stone. On the ancient stone, banyan trees are entwined and shaded by green trees, surrounded by Haiyin Cave, Kongguan Stone, Zhuoxi Spring and Tiger Garden. Scholars of all ages left many beautiful poems describing this spectacle. In addition, Zhiquan Temple and Tomi Jingshe, located at 1 km north of Yanbei, used to be the lower house of Shishi Rock, and the scenery is also good.
