How can most people see the award and be encouraged?

Rewards are verbal praise and material rewards!

Rewards are not only reflected within the enterprise, but also occur in other places, such as society, schools, and families, etc. Rewards exist in all places where human behavior occurs.

In order for most people to see the awards and receive encouragement, we must do the following:

1. Develop award standards that are recognized by the majority of people;

2. The standard of the award should be something that most people can achieve through hard work!

3. Secondly, rewards and encouragement must be fair and just.
