Basic survey of Shenquan Port

Shenquan Port is located in Shenquan Town, 7.5 kilometers south of Huilai County, Guangdong Province, with the South China Sea in the west and Wenchang Mountain in the back. It is a famous fishing port and foreign trade port, and it is also the main sea port in Jieyang City at present. Shenquan Port is one of the important ports in eastern Guangdong. It was built in the 33rd year of Jiajing in Ming Dynasty (1554) and has a history of more than 4 years. Shenquan is known as "Cape Ganquan" because it is located in the coastal area and the well water is bitter. There is a spring in the east of Weicheng that springs out of white granite, which is unique in taste and inexhaustible in autumn and winter.
