Singapore Immigration Service. The Immigration & Checkpoints Authority of Singapore (ICA) is responsible for the inspection and processing of entry-exit personnel, cargo, air, sea, travel documents, ID cards, etc. The Republic of Singapore (English: Republic of Singapore), referred to as Singapore, formerly known as Singapore, Xingzhou or Xingdao, also known as the Lion City, is an island country in Southeast Asia.
