Tourist routes and accommodation from Qingdao to Fenghuang Ancient City.

You should go to Changsha first. There are about 70 hard seats per person on the train from Changsha to Jishou, and passengers from Jishou to Fenghuang 15 yuan/person. You can also drive by taxi (about/car in 90 yuan, some people say that 60% are liars). The bus from Changsha to Fenghuang Ancient City is about 130.

Accommodation is generally a double room, which is a little more expensive by the Tuojiang River and has a balcony by the river (the real diaojiao building is more expensive). The peak season is 120(+ air conditioning), which will be much cheaper in winter. The cheapest one starts in 20 yuan (not to mention the conditions).

You don't need money to play in Fenghuang ancient city. If you want to go to the scenic spots inside, you need to buy a package (ten scenic spots 138/ person), and it costs more than 100 to go to Miao village, so it will be cheaper for the hotel owner to buy it. Prices are lower in the off-season.

To play in the city, I recommend several things, such as going to the bars by the river and putting on river lights on the Tuojiang River at night. Rowing is not interesting. It won't cost much.

Food, we have been to the legendary ambassador restaurant, and personally feel very ordinary. Blood rake duck is not as delicious as expected.

There is a noodle restaurant above Hongqiao, which is authentic and delicious.

The most delicious fruits are the wild grapes and small peaches there.
