What's wrong with the weather forecast without data?

It's the data problem of the mobile phone weather server.

Apple's own weather can't be displayed because the right to use the weather data is closed. The solution is as follows: first, open the settings of the mobile phone system, then select "Cellular Mobile Network" and enter 2, then open the "Cellular Mobile Data" button, find the "Weather" column below and select "Allow".
