There is an agricultural proverb that says, "It's chilly in Kyubi no Youko in spring", which means that if the solar term in beginning of spring appears on the last day of May 9, it will be particularly cold in spring, and it can freeze people to death. It can be seen that according to these agricultural proverbs, the weather is quite cold during the Spring Festival. According to the calendar, the first day of the first month in 2024 is February 10, which happens to be the fifth day of April 9, while the solar term in beginning of spring is the 25th day of the twelfth lunar month and the last day of May 9.
