Shi Lang Lake Eco-tourism Scenic Area is located in Niubei Village, Bin County, Xianyang City, Shaanxi Province, with a lake area of 370 mu, an average water depth of13m, the deepest point of18m, and a total volume of about 1.66 million cubic meters. It is the largest natural freshwater lake in Shaanxi and has the reputation of "Pearl of the Plateau". There are three wonders in Shi Lang Lake Eco-tourism Scenic Area: "Waterlogging does not rise, drought does not fall". Guishe Mountain is located in Binxian County, known as the hometown of the Book of Songs, the western Buddhist capital and leisure resort, in the northwest of Xianyang City, on the Weibei Plateau. Xianyang 120km in the south, Xi 'an 150km in the north and Pingliang 160km in Gansu. Guishe Mountain is located on the bank of Jinghe River in Furen Village, Gaolong Zhen, Bin County. Because the tortoise and snake combination is Xuanwu Mountain, it is also called Xuanwu Mountain.

Fu Jianling, the ancestor of the Qin Dynasty in Bin County, is a provincial key cultural relics protection unit. Located in Jiutian Village, Shuikou Town, southwest of Bin County 10 km. The tomb faces south, with an area of 360 square meters. The remaining enclosure is 24 meters long, 10 meters wide and 2 meters high. In front of the tomb, there is a 1957 "Tomb of Fu Jian, the former King of Qin" monument erected by Shaanxi Provincial People's Government.
5. Kaiyuan Temple Pagoda in Bin County
The tower was built in the 5th year of the Northern Song Dynasty (1053). It is an octagonal seven-story pavilion-style brick tower. Each side of the ground floor is 5.6 meters long and the total height is 47.84 meters. The single wall is hollow. There are two ticket gates in the north and south of the first floor underground, and there are four ticket gates on each floor above the second floor. The upper and lower positions are staggered step by step. Each floor is a three-story wood-like structure with eaves on each floor. The top of the tower is a brick pyramid roof with tower brakes.
Kaiyuan Temple Tower in Binxian County, also known as Binxian Tower and Binxian Tower, commonly known as Leifeng Tower, is located at the foot of Weizi Mountain in the southwest corner of Binxian County, Shaanxi Province, and is a national key cultural relics protection unit.
