The north of the project site is close to Hanyuan Road, with convenient transportation but strict traffic control. 2. Geological and hydrological conditions
The terrain of the site is slightly undulating, the original ground elevation is between 0.2m and 0.6m, and the site belongs to slightly collapsible loess. The annual groundwater level is between -9.2 and -9.9 meters. The construction site is located in the courtyard of the west railway material supply section, and there are several drainage wells in the courtyard to facilitate drainage.
3. Meteorology

5. Water and electricity
There is a domestic water supply pipeline on the north side of the project site, which is very convenient for construction. 7. Material supply
This project is close to Daming Palace building materials market and North Third Ring Road building materials market, and the material procurement is relatively convenient. 8, temporary works

9. Environment and health
Because this project is located in a residential area, it requires high environmental protection, and the construction site should be fenced to reduce noise, especially during the college entrance examination in July. 3. Slope protection

I. Overview of the Project
1, engineering overview
Daxing-Sinan Expressway is an important part of Hangrui Expressway in Guizhou Province (M56 12 Line). The total length of Hangrui Expressway in Guizhou Province is about 6 15km. This project starts from Fenghuang to Daxing section of Hangrui Expressway, passes through East Sichuan, Tongren, Ba Huang and Jiangkou, and ends in Fanjing, with a mileage of K0+000 ~ K84+600. This bid section is responsible for the system establishment, equipment installation and debugging of road monitoring system, communication system and toll collection system. This bid section includes six interchanges, six toll stations, two service areas, two parking areas, a monitoring sub-center, a communication sub-center and a charging sub-center. The contract duration of this tender is 15 1 day, the planned commencement date is 16 September 20xx, and the completion date is 15 February 20xx.
2. System composition and engineering quantity statistics
Our company undertakes the road communication system, monitoring system and charging system of this contract section. The monitoring system consists of Guizhou Monitoring Center-Tongren Monitoring Sub-center-monitoring field equipment (Guizhou Monitoring Center is not included in the design scope). The whole line is equipped with program-controlled switches, differential multiplexers (ADM) and optical line terminals (OLT). The charging management system of the charging system adopts three levels of management: provincial charging center (not included in this design scope), charging sub-center and toll station. This project is located in the slope zone from Yunnan-Guizhou Plateau to Xiangxi Mountain, with high terrain in the northwest and low terrain in the southeast, with an average elevation of 500- 1000 meters. The whole territory is dominated by mountains, accounting for 67.8% of the total area, followed by hills, accounting for 28.3%, and bazi and other landforms only account for 3.9%. The old road (provincial highway 305) in this area passes through mountainous and hilly areas, and the road topography fluctuates greatly. The route is basically located halfway up the mountain, and the road conditions of construction units such as civil works and tunnels in the early stage are poor.

This project is located in tongren city. Tongren city belongs to the subtropical humid climate zone, and its climate is obviously influenced by monsoon. Its basic climatic characteristics are as follows: the temperature is changeable and there is more rain in spring; Summer is hot and sunny; Autumn temperature drops rapidly, cloudy and rainy; Less cold in winter and long frost-free period; The annual average temperature is about 18℃, the highest in Leng Yue is 1 month, the average temperature is 2 ~ 6℃, and the hottest month is July, the average temperature is 24 ~ 28℃. Under the same height contrast, the temperature in the west is higher than that in the east; China has abundant rainfall, with an average annual rainfall of11400 mm, which is concentrated from April to August, accounting for 60% ~ 65% of the annual rainfall, and the annual sunshine hours 1250 hours.
Three. Building and living conditions
1. The bid section of our unit is mainly located in the mountainous area, with few access roads. Provincial Highway 305 is mainly used during the construction period. The highway crosses the mountainous area and is built along the foot of the mountain. The route is basically the same as that of the fourth expressway under construction.
2. There is a river on the mountain of the construction site, so it is convenient to take water. Construction personnel should enhance environmental awareness to prevent environmental pollution. Some civil engineering, housing construction and tunnel units have not been evacuated, so it is convenient to get electricity. In addition, in order to facilitate the construction and emergency needs, our unit will also be equipped with 2 ~ 3 generators.
3. The project is located in the mountainous area of northeast Guizhou, where the economy is relatively backward, the price is relatively cheap, and it is easier to hire labor. Towns along the project are evenly distributed, making it easier to purchase and transport self-purchased materials.
4. Living conditions: Combined with the actual distribution of the project, in order to ensure the convenience of coordination, command and construction, the project management department is located in Shenjia Village, Xieqiao Town, tongren city suburb. The construction site is about 2 kilometers away from the urban center, which is very convenient for daily life and office procurement. There are Tongren City Hospital, tongren city Second People's Hospital, tongren city Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and other large hospitals with advanced medical equipment and complete facilities. Tap water is used in the station and electricity is used by residents. The load can meet the office needs of the project department.
Tongren is a multi-ethnic community, inhabited by Tujia, Miao, Dong, Gelao, Manchu and other ethnic minorities. Tujia Spring Festival, lanterns, tea lanterns, dragon lanterns, playing with money poles, walking on stilts and other folk dance performances are colorful. In Tongren area, there are no lights, no knives, no splashing water and no loud noises during the New Year, and the whole family get together to eat fresh vegetables and overnight meals. However, the Miao people have the custom of going up the mountain to get rid of fire. In the construction process and daily life, fully respecting the customs and habits of ethnic minorities, such as clothing, diet, marriage, etiquette, funeral, etc., is the key to harmonious coexistence with local residents and ethnic minorities.
Four, engineering interface (civil engineering, housing construction)
The pavement of Daxing Interchange, Jiangkou Interchange and Fanjingshan Phase I has just been formed, and the silicon core pipe is embedded, and the steel pipe is embedded, and the hand well has not started; The second layer of cement pavement is being laid at the dam-slab interchange, the guardrail steel bars are being bound on the upper deck of the interchange, the silicon core pipes and steel pipes are embedded, and the hand well has not started; The pavement of Tongren West Interchange has been initially formed, but the embedding of silicon core pipe, steel pipe and manhole has not started, and the subgrade of Tongren East Interchange is still soil pavement. Pavement filling is under way in Xiangyang service area, Tongren service area, Ba Huang parking area and Miaokuang parking area, with silicon core pipes embedded and steel pipes embedded, instead of manhole; The foundation pavement of the provincial toll station has been formed and is being used as the foundation of the toll station building. The steel-plastic composite pressure pipe crossing the road here has been embedded, and the silicon core pipe and steel pipe are not embedded, so the hand well is under construction. Related interfaces such as Fanjingshan Toll Station, Jiangkou Toll Station, Bapan Toll Station, Tongren East Toll Station, Daxing Toll Station, and housing construction have not yet been formed, and supporting facilities such as hand wells and embedded pipelines have not yet been presented.
Five, key and difficult project construction suggestions
All projects undertaken by the project management department will be organized in an orderly manner as planned, and all construction links in the project will be effectively controlled to fully ensure the smooth completion of quality objectives and progress indicators.
1, key points of optical cable installation project
A, first prepare the laying plan, list the optical cables, and prepare the necessary machines and materials, such as suspension, crane, marking, etc. When laying cables on vertical bridge, scaffolding should be set up and communication tools should be equipped.
B, according to the cable weight, length, direction to determine the construction personnel and machines, unified command when laying, to ensure construction safety. When laying optical cables in the same bridge, it will follow the order of lower layer first, upper layer first, inner layer first and outer layer first, and proceed in an orderly manner to avoid cable winding and wrong holes.
C, when laying optical cable, prepare and hang the label card in time. The arrangement of optical cables should be horizontal, flat and vertical, with the same outgoing direction and allowance and the same spacing, so that the optical cables can be arranged neatly and beautifully and easily maintained.
D, when laying optical cable, there will be a certain margin, and the length of the margin will be specified in the specification, and the wire will be marked.
The minimum bending radius of optical cable conforms to the specification, and intermediate joints should be avoided as far as possible in optical cable control.
2. Key points of communication power supply system construction
The construction contents and sequence are as follows:
A. Before installation, the incoming goods shall be inspected and accepted. The packaging shall be complete, the appearance shall be undamaged, the paint surface shall be undamaged, and the equipment frame and panel shall be free from deformation and bruise.
B, the battery voltage should be around 12.3V, and the deviation between each cell should be within 0.5V.
C, before installation, the equipment should be cleaned. The distance from the wall should not be less than 20 cm, otherwise the maintenance will not be affected. The equipment shall have sufficient operating space for maintenance and operation, and the equipment door shall be completely opened and closed.
D. Anti-static measures should be taken for the computer room without anti-static facilities to ensure safe grounding. And dig cable trench or cable trough on the ground.
E, rows of equipment installation should ensure that the panel in a line. Ensure that the deepest equipment has enough operating space. F, the battery should be installed in a well-ventilated special battery cabinet or battery rack, and ensure the stability of the battery pack, single equipment and group equipment should ensure good grounding.
3, variable information sign installation project construction essentials
A, understand the road and traffic conditions, determine the specific construction scheme (cargo transportation routes, construction schedule, etc. )

4, monitoring equipment foundation construction essentials

For the relatively lagging civil interface, our equipment was ordered before the civil construction, and our on-site project manager will strengthen the coordination with the civil construction party to ensure the smooth installation of the equipment after it enters the site. Before the equipment installation, our company will send the on-site project manager to coordinate with the owner and relevant construction units to ensure the correct connection with other engineering interfaces.
6, charging system equipment debugging
For some projects, due to the tight construction period, we can't debug all the equipment in the company one by one and adjust the system together, so there will be some problems when installing some equipment. In order to solve this problem, we first take measures at the source and choose equipment suppliers with mature technology and strong technical support ability. In addition, the installation engineers we sent to the site are very familiar with the equipment they are responsible for and have excellent skills to ensure the smooth installation of the equipment.
7, charging system software debugging
The software part of expressway is a complex system, involving multiple peripheral devices. In most cases, it is also charged together with other road sections and even the whole province. All these increase the difficulty of software testing. First, we tested the simulation environment in the company and found most problems. Thirdly, before opening to traffic, arrange time for system debugging as much as possible to minimize possible problems after opening to traffic. 8. Distribution of optical cables
The accuracy of optical cable distribution will directly affect the smooth progress of construction and construction cost. 9. Connection quality of backbone optical cable

Therefore, the connection quality of the main optical cable must be guaranteed, and the corresponding solutions are as follows:
A, the test before the optical cable comes into play;
B, when welding, control the maximum loss of melting point, if it exceeds the standard value, rework and re-weld; C, fiber cores in the optical cable connector box are arranged neatly, fixed reliably, and the bending radius conforms to the standard value; D, after the completion of cable welding, use OTDR for testing, and rework as soon as possible if there is any welding quality problem.

1, this bid section crosses mountainous and hilly areas, with complex terrain and more rain. This makes the actual construction more difficult, especially the transportation of large equipment and the manufacture of equipment foundation. During the construction, we should plan the transportation and installation of equipment in advance, choose the appropriate weather, and reduce the difficulties brought by unfavorable terrain to the actual construction.
2. The communication system, monitoring system and charging system built by our company are distributed in the whole line of this bid section, with a long front and rugged construction road, which is not conducive to the mobilization of construction personnel and construction equipment. It is suggested that two or three construction teams should be selected according to local conditions and comprehensive consideration to improve construction efficiency.
3. The system interface built by our company has not been formed, and the construction conditions are not yet available. In the later construction process, actively communicate with the owner's supervisor, pay close attention to the construction progress and dynamics of the civil construction unit, and ensure the correct formation of the construction interface of our unit.
