Is the Liaoyang-Kangping Expressway closed?

In rainy and snowy weather, roads are closed.

Driving route: the whole journey is about 208.9 kilometers.

Starting point: Liaoyang City

1. Liaoyang driving plan

1) Depart from the starting point due south, drive along Zhu Min Road for 60 meters, and turn right into Tuanjie Street.

2) Drive along Tuanjie Street for 480m and turn right into Yun Xin Street.

3) Drive along Yun Xin Street for 9 10 meters and go straight into Prosperity Road.

4) Drive along Rong Fan Road for 5.8km, and after passing through Xinlitun on the right for about 260m,

5) Drive towards Shenyang 130m, turn right slightly and get on the ramp.

2. Drive along the ramp for 4 10 meters and go straight into Shenhai Expressway.

3. Drive along Shenhai Expressway for 52.6 kilometers and go straight into Shenyang Ring Expressway.

4. Drive along Shenyang Ring Expressway for 34.5km, at Zhuertun/Wanghua Street/Shenbei New District/Civil Servant Exit, turn right slightly and enter Zhuertun Interchange.

5. Drive along Zhuertun Interchange for 2.4 kilometers, turn right and enter Shenming Line.

6. Drive along Shenming Line for 240 meters and go straight into Wushitai South Street.

7. Drive 9.8km along Tainan Street in Hohhot and go straight into Taipei Street in Hohhot.

8. Drive along Hushitai North Street 12.2km, and go straight into Shenkang Expressway.

9. Drive along Shenkang Expressway for 40 meters and go straight into Shenkang Expressway.

10. Drive along Shenkang Expressway for 77.6 kilometers, turn right slightly towards Kangping/Fuxin, and get on the ramp.

1 1. Follow the ramp1.8km and go straight into expressway, Shen Chang.

12. Shenyang urban driving scheme

1) Drive along Shen Chang Expressway for 3.5km, exit at Kangping/Wolong Lake/Kangping Interchange, turn right slightly and enter Kangping Interchange.

2) Drive along Kangping overpass for 930m, turn left and enter Zhanghuan Line.

3) Drive along Zhanghuan Line for 4.4 kilometers and turn left into Shenming Line.

4) Drive along Shenming Line for 770 meters and reach the destination (on the right side of the road).
