1. Time and area where fireworks and firecrackers are prohibited: from June 5438+1 October1day, Youxian High-tech Zone, Economic Experimental Zone, Fujiang Street, Fule Street, Youxian Street, Xiao Jian Town, shima town, Shenkang Town, Song Ya Town and the former xinqiao town (excluding the original Yunfeng).

Two, in the area where fireworks are prohibited, or in a way that endangers public safety and personal and property safety, the public security department shall order it to stop; Those who violate the administration of public security shall be punished according to law.

Three, it is strictly prohibited for any unit or individual to illegally produce, operate and transport fireworks, and offenders will be dealt with according to law. If it constitutes a violation of public security administration, it shall be punished according to law; If a crime is constituted, criminal responsibility shall be investigated according to law.
