The weather in Hong Kong now.

Now the temperature is below 10 degrees for only a few days in the whole winter, so it's a bit overqualified to wear down jackets. However, many people in Hong Kong wear down jackets. I wonder if they are physically weak or fashionable.

If it rains in winter (as in recent days) and the temperature is 8- 12 degrees, it will feel quite cold and you need to wear cotton trousers.
