I went to Qiu Lai in the spring and worked as a class teacher for 3 1 year. During the period, I have taught all kinds of children, whose family background, personality hobbies, behavior habits and learning foundations are different; During this period, I spent the most beautiful and crucial adolescence in their lives with one child after another from the mountainous area to the small town. Along the way, I realized more and more clearly that the essence of education is to let children find better themselves.

Why are you doing this? I advocate "wake-up education", wake up the class teacher, parents and students.

Wake yourself up and set a good example.

What kind of class teacher brings out what kind of students. The words and deeds of the head teacher are related to students' cognition of the world, their behavior, their attitude towards life and even their happiness and happiness all their lives. Therefore, the class teacher should be cautious and set a good example for the students.

My first class is a boarding class, and the office is at the back of the classroom. I am with students all the time except sleeping. Every morning at 5: 30, I take my students to do morning exercises. After dinner, my students and I went to nanxi river for a walk, chat and play. By the beautiful nanxi river, students recite, chat, discuss problems, or play games ... In this way, they learn while playing, and have fun while learning.

During the winter vacation of the first semester, there was a snowstorm, and the snow on the road was more than a foot thick. Despite the bad weather, I made an amazing decision-to visit nine towns where students' families are located and send them final report cards, certificates and good news letters. Every time a student comes home, parents and children are very moved; Every time I go to a village, I help students form study groups and learn from each other. Throughout the winter vacation, except for the New Year's Eve at home, I spent the rest of my time with my students.

With the experience of the first students, I deeply realized that the class teacher should first demonstrate, which is not only an invisible personality strength, but also an important educational concept. The head teacher, with his own personality and moral demeanor, affects the cultivation of students' good moral quality and behavior habits. From then on, I decided to be a good teacher, a serious class teacher and an important person in students' lives.

Wake up parents and grow up.

The head teacher should not only contact students with different personalities, but also deal with all kinds of parents. Some parents are sensitive and suspicious, some parents are arrogant, and some parents ignore their children ... It is very important to educate students well. How to guide parents to the road of self-education?

I attach great importance to the first parent-teacher conference when students enter school. In order to have a good parent-teacher conference, I always assign a task to parents half a month in advance: please write a letter to your child and be sincere.

On the day of the parents' meeting, I used the last two classes to ask students to write back to their parents. First, I asked the students to clean up their desks, and then solemnly handed them their parents' letters. Many students burst into tears after reading it. Then, I send letters and envelopes to my children and ask them to write back to their parents.

The parent-teacher conference has begun. I gave my children's letters to their parents, who were moved by the wet tears on the stationery. Through this touch, I told all parents that these three years are a crucial period for children's growth, and we should work hard to make progress with them. Then I asked my parents to design their plans and goals carefully and concretely. Zhang Jing's mother made plans and goals for herself: when encountering problems, try to communicate with her children and never lose her temper; Read at least one family education book every semester to accompany children to grow up together; Honor the elders and become a role model for children; Participate in parents' school training every week to improve communication skills with children; Travel with children once every semester; Write a weekly diary and reflect on your words and deeds. It is not enough to educate students and manage classes only by the strength of the class teacher. Suhomlinski said: "The whole mystery of education lies in how to care for children." Love is the foundation and essence of education, and the key to educating students lies in love. Praise or criticism, but in different forms, is love in essence. However, love is not only a science, but also an art, and sometimes it needs certain strategies.

When each student reports for duty, I have four "prescribed actions" to complete with the students. First of all, emphasize the concept that "class is home", and decorate the classroom into a warm and beautiful "home" with our wisdom; Then, I asked each student to go to the podium to introduce himself: name, family members, personality, hobbies, specialties and so on. And I recorded the whole process; In the third link, I presented each student with a book and a CD-ROM. The contents are the dribs and drabs of my last three years with each student's story, the scene reappearance of each activity and the whole process record of class culture construction. Finally, I sent a long calligraphy to my classmates, and the whole class took a group photo to record this historic moment.

In the evening, I will watch the videos of students introducing themselves repeatedly and remember their names, so that I can call out their names accurately no matter where they appear the next day.

The next morning, I arrived at school early and stood at the door of the classroom to meet my classmates. I will call out every student's name accurately and hug everyone gently. This move surprised the students and told everyone that the head teacher of our class had an extraordinary memory.

This seemingly casual little gesture, in fact, is very careful, which not only brings me closer to the students, but also makes them feel my warmth, awakens their soft hearts, learns to treat others warmly, and creates a class atmosphere full of human feelings.

? Take turns to "govern" and cultivate autonomy.

Establishing a democratic, just and independent class management system and guiding students to carry out self-education and self-management is my ideological guide to carry out class work.

Based on this concept, I give each student fairness and respect, and create opportunities for each student to participate in class management. I take the way of "leading troops with soldiers and running the army with soldiers" to guide students to realize class autonomy in an all-round way.

The class management regulations of our class are determined one by one with the participation of all students, and the class regulations will be implemented after the whole class has passed. The management contents include discipline (classroom discipline, self-study discipline, examination discipline, and recess discipline), homework (classroom homework), and school competitions (including routine discipline management such as attendance, grooming, broadcast exercises and eye exercises, hygiene, and class reports).

After the class management regulations were determined, I divided the students into four groups, and each group was led by a student to freely "form a cabinet" to form four groups of class committees, and "take turns to govern" every week. I boldly let the students take charge of the management of the class and do their own work well. I listen to the report, check the process, see the results, understand the overall situation, check and urge in time, but do not interfere in specific affairs. At the same time, according to the new situation and new problems in class management, organize students to negotiate countermeasures. At the weekly class meeting, the rotating class committee group sends representatives to the stage to report the achievements, existing problems and rectification measures of class management, and writes a written summary, which is published in the class management column, and then the class teacher and the whole class jointly grade the work of the rotating class committee group. Conduct a big appraisal once a month, select the best class committee team, and give rewards.

This class management system mobilizes students' enthusiasm and initiative to participate in class construction, leads students to display their talents in class management, and strives to make students change from passive acceptance of management to active participation in management, so that students can truly become the masters of class construction and truly realize management education and class education.

In educational practice, I use multiple evaluation methods to constantly let students get the successful experience of "I can do it" and feel the joy of success.

Every week, I will give students a growth chart to record their growth trajectory. Specifically, each student should write down the goals he is trying to achieve this week according to his own actual situation and the teacher's suggestion. If they do, there will be an incentive sign on their growth table; If not, the team of the class committee on duty will follow up and provide help in time.

For those children who have poor control, bad temper and love to quarrel, punishment will only make them rebel, not repent, but will intensify. For this kind of students, I generally use prize incentive method and emotional incentive method. Incentive prizes include happy medals, incentive cards, medals, trophies, famous schools logos and so on. As for the emotional incentive method, I use the way of releasing good news to arouse the enthusiasm of students and parents. Every month, I will send a good news to students who have performed well in all aspects, and sometimes I will send the good news to the village Committee where my classmates are located. I will post the good news in the publicity column of the village Committee with the village cadres. The children who have been praised by the villagers by word of mouth have become more and more active in all aspects.

In addition, I also set up a "hero list" in my class, so that students who have made great contributions to the class are eligible to be on the photo list, with glorious deeds attached below. Only in this way can students show their "proudest" side. When students make great achievements, their self-confidence will be more full, and they will have the motivation to pursue new goals, thus forming a virtuous circle of development and progress.

Education needs wisdom, which comes from the professional sensitivity, professionalism, professional methods and professionalism of class teachers. I would like to be a beam of sunshine, illuminate my parents with my own light, and lay the foundation for my children's life.
