When the air pressure at a certain "point" is high or low (around), according to the principle that air flows from high pressure to low pressure, an air movement range will be formed. The air movement resistance in a large area is very small, and an arc will be formed under the action of geostrophic bias-it looks like a vortex at high altitude and accelerates continuously-this is a cyclone.

Cyclone:

Power can be big or small. When it is big enough to shake several wooden houses, we call it "typhoon" (or "hurricane");

The area can be very small or very large. When it is large enough to affect an area, the surface facing this area is called "front" (when the pressure of one surface is higher than that of the other, an airflow front is formed, and the cold front is always below. When the cold front is strong, the air leaks to the other side like pouring water from the sky, so the cold front is a kind of airflow that spreads rapidly near the ground, and the overall shape is like a goblet.

So to sum up: cold and warm fronts is part of a cyclone. Of course, the existence of cold and warm fronts does not mean that "cyclones" have been formed. They are semi-finished products "whirlwind". If you cross the equator and cross the mountains and valleys, there is no chance to form a "cyclone" and form an S curve. "Cyclone" consists of countless cold and warm fronts, that is, as long as the cyclone area is large enough, there must be cold and warm fronts.

Geographically, it's generally not that deep, as long as you understand the reasons for the formation of airflow. So there are fewer problems, and it is estimated that Baidu can't get them.

The cold wave belongs to the cold front. In the later teaching, many geography teachers will also mix anticyclone with cold front. Strictly speaking, according to what I said above, the cold wave in China is a large-scale front, which makes sense if it is also a super-large anticyclone from the whole Arctic Circle.

The western Pacific high-Mama High is a special phenomenon with a wide range, that is, the difference of specific heat capacity between land and sea leads to the continuous transport of ocean air to the mainland, which inevitably includes the phenomenon of temperature inversion and humidity, resulting in "plum rain" in South China and East China. This will certainly not form a cyclone.
