What does a turtledove look like?

Turtledove belongs to doves, doves and chain doves in Europe and North Africa. Its British name is Turtledove. The scientific name is Streptopelia turtur. Body length is 28 cm (1 1 inch). The body is reddish brown, the head is blue-gray and the tail tip is white. Foraging on the ground, eating many small seeds and earthworms.

Turtle doves are distributed in most parts of China. Due to the development of cities, there are few turtledoves in cities now, and most of them appear in low-altitude non-urban areas.
