Introduction of Dianjiao Village in Tibet
Dianjiao Village, Zhaxigang Township, Gaer County, Ali Prefecture, Tibet, located on the border between China and India, is not only an important node for guarding Ali's entry and exit from Kashmir, but also a traditional pasture for several generations of herders in China. Such a border village is of great significance for maintaining the territorial integrity of China;
The villagers in Dianjiao, only 600 meters away from the Indian bunker, insist on "border grazing", which is equivalent to claiming that the areas where the villagers live are the inherent territory of China.

As can be seen from the map, Dianjiao Village is in an extremely important strategic position, where the Himalayas, Gangdise Mountains and Karakorum Mountains meet. The Shiquan River, which flows through the Classic Corner Village, flows about 80 kilometers northwest and then turns, crossing Ladakh Mountain and entering Kashmir, which is later called the Indus River. This valley is an important passage from Ali region of Tibet to Kashmir.

Barrigas Village, 600 meters away from Dianjiao Village, was established after Indian illegal occupation of our territory.
Dianjiao Village and barrigas are probably the two closest villages in the border area between China and India. There is 1.950 square kilometers of land around Dianjiao Village, which is located on the Chinese side of the traditional custom line. It is a part of Gaer County in Ali region of Tibet and has always belonged to our territory. However, there are still 450 square kilometers illegally occupied by India, and the China government has never admitted that there is a territorial dispute in this area.
Dianjiao Village, 30 kilometers to the east, is the traffic lifeline of Tibet and Xinjiang-National Highway 2 19.
There is a red hill by the Shiquan River in the area where Dianjiao Village is located, and there is an ancient castle on the hill-Gela Castle. The existence of this castle is the historical evidence that the surrounding area of Dianjiao Village belongs to the inherent territory of China.
Historically, after the collapse of the Tubo Dynasty, the last descendant of Zamparama, Jidnima, left the Ali Plateau in about 65438+ 1930 and built this Gela Castle by the Shiquan River. The three sons of Jidnyima Zhou later established Guge Dynasty, Ladakh Dynasty and Yaze Dynasty respectively.
Around the valley of Dianjiao Canal is the alpine summer pasture that Dianjiao villagers graze for generations.
Dianjiao Canal is a tributary of Shiquan River, and Dianjiao Village is located at the intersection of the above two rivers. Along the Dianjiaogou where Dianjiaoqu is located, there is a large area of high-quality alpine summer pasture with an altitude of more than 5,000 meters, which is also a summer pasture for generations of Dianjiao villagers. According to herders, the grasslands here don't seem to be as lush as those at low altitudes. Grass grows low, but it is rich in nutrition. Cattle and sheep are worth three days at low altitude in one day. Moreover, it is precisely because of the deep grass roots, short leaves and strong stems that cattle and sheep can't eat it all at once, but can stand the constant layered feeding.
Xie Guiping, a professor at China Western Frontier Security and Development Collaborative Innovation Center of Sichuan University, has been engaged in the research on the western frontier of China. He believes: "Border people are both border builders and border guards. While building their homes, they are also defending China. The natural environment of border villages is harsh, the production base of agriculture and animal husbandry is poor, and the population loss is serious. Only by vigorously strengthening infrastructure construction, optimizing the living environment and production and living environment, vigorously developing characteristic industries, improving people's livelihood, and letting the residents of these border villages live and work in peace and contentment can they mobilize their enthusiasm for defending the land and securing the border. "

There is a fitness square in Dianjiao Village, 300-400 square meters, with more than a dozen fitness equipment. 20 1 1 years ago, Dianjiao village was still short of electricity and drinking water, with poor communication, inconvenient traffic roads and relatively backward living and sanitation conditions.
From 20 1 1 to 20 18, Gaer County invested more than 42 million yuan, which enabled Dianjiao villagers to bid farewell to low adobe houses and live in spacious, bright and well-equipped villa-style new houses. The whole village is planned reasonably, which is divided into residential area, breeding area, artificial grass planting area and vegetable greenhouse area.
In the northeast corner of the village, there is a row of bungalows, which used to be an international border trade market. 1999 opened in 2008. At that time, China's daily necessities and Indian handicrafts were well received by Chinese and Indian border people. Some villagers told me that the Indian card pad he bought in this market has been used for more than ten years.
The design is smart and exquisite, and the feel is delicate. At that time, such a card pad cost two or three thousand yuan, but now 10000 yuan can't be bought.
There used to be a border trade market in Dianjiao Village, which was closed in 2008.
Dianjiao Village is the only village in Gaer County, Ali region, located near the actual control line of India on the Sino-Indian border. The border line is 34 kilometers long, less than 1 km from Indian villages. It is cold and oxygen-deficient, and there is wind all year round. There used to be a small border trade market in the village, which was closed in 2008. This Indian brand mat, which was washed and hung aside by the canal, was bought by villagers in the border trade market and has been used for more than ten years.
