Chongqing —— Since the beginning of this year, the temperature in most areas of our county is high, the precipitation is too high, the distribution of time and space is uneven, and the rainstorm and regional rainstorm start obviously early. According to the previous atmospheric circulation and marine characteristics, it is predicted that the flood season in 20 14 years (May-September) will be characterized by alternating droughts and floods in our county, and the drought degree is equivalent to that in 20 13 years, but the number of high temperature days is obviously less than that in 20 13 years, and the rainstorm and flood are equivalent to that in 20 13 years.

Emeishan City-The temperature is normal in early autumn, and the precipitation is slightly higher than normal. It is more likely that there will be an autumn rainy weather process in the middle and late September. The temperature was stable at 22℃ all day, and then it was slightly higher than normal, which appeared in late September.

Lengshuijiang City —— It is estimated that the total precipitation will be less in the flood season of 20 14 (May to September), and the rainfall will be unevenly distributed in time and space. The precipitation in flood season tends to be more before (May-June) and less after (July-September). Rainwater is mainly concentrated in mid-May, early June, early July and early August. There was a rain break in the middle and late July and the middle and late August in our city, but the end time of rainy season was not obvious. There is a mild to moderate summer and autumn drought in our city during the rain break. It is estimated that the average temperature in summer is slightly higher, and the days of high temperature (maximum daily temperature ≥35℃) in midsummer are more than normal. From late July to late August, there is sunny, hot and high temperature weather.
