Is the ancient town of Zhao Jialou interesting? Brief introduction of Zhao Jialou ancient town
I will have a rest with my friends at noon and drive to the place I've always wanted to go. Zhao Jialou, another ancient water town in Pudong, set foot on this ancient land for the first time and got in close contact with the original water town in Pudong. I am looking forward to it.
The garage takes 20 minutes to reach the ancient town, find the parking lot and follow the signs. We walked past the archway of Zhao Jialou, entered the Thanksgiving Gate, stepped on the Thanksgiving Bridge, walked down the Millennium arched stone bridge and strolled through the ancient streets. The weather was fine, and it began to rain in Mao Mao in less than half an hour, as if God had specially arranged for me to enjoy a rainy day and let me cross it next time. Walking in the rain lane, I really want to hold an oil umbrella and wear a pair of old ones.
Zhao Lou, located in pujiang town, Minhang District, Shanghai, looks like an old man's clenched fist and open palm.
This feeling of gathering, dispersing, bending and winding symbolizes popularity, fortune, good fortune and literary spirit. Friends who live in Shanghai must go and see it.
Eight hundred years ago, it was still a wasteland. At the beginning of the Yuan Dynasty, farmers gradually lived and cultivated here. During the Wanli period of the Ming Dynasty, the government issued a policy of benefiting the people, "land reclamation can be exempted from paying three years' grain". At that time, Tan Shi, a retired official, built a bell tower here to ring the bell to encourage farmers to work hard. This is the origin of Zhao Jialou's name.
There is an ancient poem, "Ten miles of smoke breaks dawn, and several bells ring", which tells the true situation of the bell ringing in the call building. Therefore, Zhao Jialou is the earliest reclamation area in Shanghai, and Zhao Jialou culture is also the birthplace of Shanghai's farming culture.
Jiangnan ancient town is so unique. People with small bridges and flowing water, like Xinchang water town where I live, are picturesque everywhere.
Pavilions and pavilions, river ports, rough bluestone slabs, riding walls, lotus walls, blue tile cornices, small bridges and flowing water, built by the river, reflected in the green trees. Their ancient rhyme gives people an ancient and quiet beauty.
Yaobang, the main river in the ancient town, is cross-shaped and runs through the town. From time to time, you can see ships passing by the river, swaying among the water towns.
In Zhao Jialou Old Street, there are more than 10 stone bridges with different shapes across Yaojiabang. Fuxing Bridge, Xunzi Bridge, Baoen Bridge, Ruizheng Bridge, NingCambridge. Every bridge has a story.
Among them, Baoen Bridge is the highest bridge in Zhao Jialou. Take a trip on the Thanksgiving Bridge, and you will never forget your kindness. Therefore, if I live, I must know how to repay my kindness. Standing on the bridge, I can overlook the most beautiful scenery in Zhao Jialou.
"Zhao Jialou First Bay" is the largest, most beautiful and classic Feng Shui Bay in the center of Zhao Jialou Old Street. On the shore of Bay Road, there stands a huge stone. It is said that this boulder blocked the suffocating air and suppressed the polluted air.
On the other side of the bend, stands an archway-Ruihui Square. Of the sixteen arched buildings in Zhao Jialou, it is the only one facing south.
To say that the most human place in Zhao Jialou is Yuelang Gallery, the longest corridor in the ancient town. I enjoyed the scenery by the river, only 100 meters before and after. My friends and I strolled in the corridor, slowly savoring the humanistic feelings from ancient times to the present.
The permanent residents of Zhaolou are all born and raised in Pudong, Shanghai, while the residents living in Shanghai are mostly residents who migrated from Jiangsu and Zhejiang when they opened the port. The real Shanghainese are from Pudong and speak authentic Pudong dialect. I also learned the taste of Pudong people, spoke half-baked Pudong dialect and asked the price of rice cakes made by grandma in the store.
If I catch up, I can watch a Wu dialect Shanghai opera under the platform. As for drama, I like Huangmei Opera in my hometown, and I prefer Shanghai Opera and Yue Opera. I sang "Yan Yan Hong Niang" when I was young, which made me have an indissoluble bond with Shanghai.
The so-called good times are used to meet, the earth, flowers, bridges, pavilions and gardens. The sunshine is warm and the dust is floating. You hold your breath as if you can catch every crystal. This is the beauty of running water and heart.
I am here, you are here, a thousand-year-old town, and we meet by chance.
There are many celebrities in the family building, worthy of the name. Still maintains a strong literati atmosphere.
Walking in the alley, street food floated out of the store, and I couldn't resist the temptation of fragrance. My friends and I went into the store and ordered some Zhao Jialou special snacks, such as Xiasha steamed dumplings, grass cake, oil pier, fresh glutinous rice balls, jiaozi bean paste and traditional dishes with local characteristics. By the way, I packed some and took them home to taste with my family.
Xingdong Street is a food street in Zhao Jialou, which is built by the river. People come and go, very lively, adding a strong fireworks atmosphere to Zhao Jialou.
It's called hoof removal. Almost everyone in the local housewife can cook this dish. The color is bright red, sweet but not greasy, and the meat is tender and crisp. The most authentic taste is "Suji fresh hoof". People who come here to play will buy some greasy meat and braised hooves to take home.
Zhaolou mutton is characterized by its delicious and refreshing taste, not greasy, and its taste is no less than that of Zhou Pu hot mutton, which we are familiar with.
Zhao Jialou Daqu has been lost now, but there are several shops selling Zhao Jialou yellow rice wine in the ancient town. I also bought a few bottles and tasted them. They are all brewed by themselves, and the taste is very pure.
Zhao Jialou hoof, Zhao Jialou mutton and Zhao Jialou Daqu are called Zhao Jialou Sanbao locally.
Willow leaves, cool breeze blowing gently, stop and go, eat snacks, buy food, take photos, chat, and a leisurely afternoon passed like this.
In this fast-paced real life, choose a time to let go of your mood, slow down and savor the time slowly, and you will gain a quiet and beautiful life!
Zhao Jialou is the nearest tourist attraction to my home. I often go for a walk when I am free. Old buildings, clear rivers, unique bridges, rows of sidewalks, narrow streets, all kinds of local snacks, and endless shoppers make me linger and drool. This is my favorite ancient town in the south of the Yangtze River.
