Science Notes Weather Forecast

It depends on what you really want to learn. Atmospheric physics and atmospheric dynamics are two different disciplines

In a narrow sense, the content of meteorology is the following three items (in popular terms):

1, Dynamic Meteorology: Study of Atmospheric Motion from the Perspective of Dynamics (Quantitative Derivation of Equation)

2. Meteorology: Study the background, formation process and forecast of various weather such as typhoon, plum rain and cold wave.

3. Climatology: the long-term average state of a place, such as cold in the northeast, wet in the south of the Yangtze River and dry in the southwest, belongs to the climate.

The above is the basic macro-meteorological process research. Meteorology in a broad sense also includes other microphysical process disciplines and technical disciplines, such as atmospheric physics, cloud and precipitation physics, atmospheric detection and numerical weather forecast.

The handouts of these subjects will not be clearer than those in books, and it is unlikely that you will learn a lot at the same time. So if you look at your interest, I can help you find the previous information, or recommend some reliable books suitable for self-study (some books are not suitable for self-study)
