Short-term weather forecast refers to the weather forecast with a forecast time limit of 24-72 hours. With the improvement of the observation means and level of mesoscale and small-scale weather systems, the weather forecast within a few hours or an hour is also called short-term weather forecast and imminent earthquake forecast respectively.
