July and August in Dunhuang is the hottest time of the year and the peak season for tourists. When there are the most tourists, the Silk Road is beautiful in summer, and you can also taste local fruits. The average temperature is 28-35 degrees, and the temperature difference between morning and evening is very large, mainly because of dryness and strong ultraviolet rays. Because it is dry, the heat is not uncomfortable. It was almost 10 at night, so I visited many scenic spots in the morning and afternoon.
