California weather

San Jose, near San Francisco, is a typical northern California weather, because it is surrounded by water on three sides and affected by the Pacific California cold current. San Francisco is a typical cool summer Mediterranean climate. Due to the long-term influence of sea breeze, the daily maximum temperature in summer in San Francisco is usually only about 20 degrees Celsius, and it will exceed 30 degrees Celsius only for about one week every year due to the strong influence of land breeze. September is the warmest month. At the same time, because the water temperature in the Pacific Ocean is between 10 and 15 degrees Celsius all the year round, it may drop below 10 degrees in midsummer. Because San Francisco is close to the seaside and the Golden Gate Strait, it is often affected by fog in the middle of the night and in the morning, but it seldom rains in summer and often rains in winter, but it hardly snows.
