Lingshan Temple? Lingshan Temple was built in Qianlong period of Qing Dynasty, and it is the largest religious temple in Mianning County.

The main building, Daxiong Hall, is spacious and magnificent with solemn structure. The front hall is dedicated to Sakyamuni, with eighteen arhats on both sides, and the back hall is dedicated to the woodcut statue of Yang, the founder of Lingshan Temple. Facing the giant Buddha, there is a sitting statue of the protector of Wei Tuo.

In front of the temple is the newly-built glazed tile mountain gate, centered on the courtyard of the main hall, with many houses and halls on both sides, which are connected vertically and horizontally to form an ancient architectural complex.

There are six towering ancient pine trees outside the mountain gate, and three or four people hold them together, at least 200 years old. It is the most important symbol of Lingshan Temple.

Pilgrims come and go all the year round in Lingshan Temple, and the incense keeps coming. Not only many people in the state and province know it, but also many pilgrims from other places come here because of its "spirit".
