He is forty-five years old, in the prime of life, and he is full of work energy. Now he is 68 years old, and he is almost 70 years old. He has retired for eight years. Can he not change!

We sat on a bench in the yard, talking about our work for so many years and the growth of our two children.

My friend said that I haven't changed much, and I know that's comforting me. I'm only 32 years old, and my child is only seven years old. Now that I am retired and my son is 30 years old, the change is natural and time waits for no one!

Now his son looks good. After graduating from college, he wandered around Xiamen University for several years, and then returned to Xi 'an to work in a financial institution. He did very well. Last year, I was transferred to a city in southern Shaanxi as a principal, and I did not bear the cultivation of my friend and teacher.

While we were talking, my son's phone rang. I heard that I was in Hall 7 with my old friends, and I also wanted to meet this uncle I haven't seen for years.

My friend is the head of Chang 'an Heihe Water Diversion Project, and I know him because the project needs a transformer. At that time, I was in charge of the installation and power connection business in the unit, and in my friend's words, I provided "good service" for their project power supply-what a shame, I think it was normal work!

My friend gave me a detailed introduction to the development of Heihe water diversion project. Heihe water diversion project is a major historical event in Xi in the 20th century!

Water resources are one of the basic conditions for the existence and development of cities. When the water supply problem is solved, the city will be full of vitality and various undertakings will develop rapidly. If the water supply problem is not solved well and other conditions are good, urban development will be seriously affected.

From 1987, 12 and 19, the first phase of Heihe water diversion project was officially started. In August, 1990, the water diversion culvert from Shibiyu to Xi 'an was fully connected, and Qujiang Water Plant with daily water purification of 600,000 cubic meters was built. The reservoir supplies 80,000 cubic meters of water to the urban area every day, alleviating the "water shortage" in Xi.

1991August 27th, the report meeting on urban water supply in Xi city held in the State Council required that all water conveyance channels should be completed in two years. At the beginning of 1996, the second phase of Heihe water diversion project started construction. In June of the same year, the water supply project of Xi 'an in Shitouhe River was completed, and Shitouhe Reservoir began to supply water to Xi 'an. At this point, after nine years of fighting, Heihe River, Stone River, Bian Shi Valley, Tianyu Valley and Yufeng Valley finally joined together to benefit the ancient city.

1997 after the Heihe project, my friend left Chang 'an and went to Zhouzhi to continue the construction.

From 65438 to 0998, the state injected 460 million yuan of special funds for infrastructure construction into Heihe Water Control Project, which greatly accelerated the construction process. On May 5 of the same year, the excavation of diversion tunnel was completed. In the same year1October 29th 10, Heihe River was successfully intercepted. From June 5438 to February 2000, the diversion tunnel was completed and put into use, and Heihe Reservoir began to store water.

In February of 200 1 year, the total filling volume was 810.5 million cubic meters, which was equivalent to three and a half Xi 'an city walls. Heihe dam stands high above Jinpen Canyon.

The completion of Heihe dam, diversion tunnel and spillway tunnel marks the successful completion of the main project of Heihe water control project.

From June, 5438 to February, 2003, the Heihe water diversion project was fully completed. With the support of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government, this long-awaited project has achieved the grand goal of supplying more than 400 million cubic meters of water to An every year, and the maximum daily water supply is 165438+ 10,000 cubic meters, which has met the demand for domestic and production water in An city.

In April, 2004, the completion of Heihe Jinpen Water Control Project marked the formation of the water supply pattern and Heihe water supply system, in which Anhe Jinpen Reservoir was the main water supply source, Shitouhe Reservoir was the supplementary water source, Shibianyu Reservoir was the emergency water source, Tianyu River runoff, Formula River runoff, Chang 'an Fenghe runoff and Ganyu Reservoir were the seasonal supplementary water sources, and seven rivers flowed into Anshi in parallel.

Because of work, we have been good friends for many years. Although we haven't met again, we keep in touch from time to time. Every year I or he will send a message to congratulate his birthday or mine, because our birthdays are only one day apart!

Now that we have retired, I hope this friendship will last forever.
