Secondly, due to the blocking caused by the cold current, the cold air from the north to the south is very frequent, which leads to the abnormally low temperature in the north of China. Under the influence of this situation, there is cold air and water vapor transportation, which leads to abnormal precipitation in Northeast China. For example, the snowfall in Hegang is the most since 5 1, and the extreme situation is still obvious.
