Fucheng County is a county under the jurisdiction of Hengshui City, Hebei Province. Located in the southeast of Hebei Province and the northeast of Hengshui City, it belongs to the Heilonggang River Basin with a total area of 697 square kilometers. It faces Dongguang County across the South Canal in the east, Botou in the north, Wuyi County in the west and Jingxian County in the south. Ford Highway runs from north to south, Wuma Road and Xia Ling Road run from east to west.
