The train is expected to arrive at the station at 10:39, and we haven't eaten all day. The rainy night in Mbeya is particularly cold. Finally, on second thought, we decided to go back to the hotel for dinner first. I heard that the train was more than 800 minutes late last week, and we were very upset when we waited. But this trip to Mbeya was lucky on the whole. Our bus was only less than fifty minutes late. It is an older carriage than the domestic green leather car, and it is also very different from the first-class carriage we imagined. A damp smell, two blankets, a cushion and a quilt, the pillow can no longer be used, that kind of wet, green and white striped sheets ... Everything is like China in the 1980s. After six or seven o'clock, I finally got on the boat. Oh, no, the first time I felt on the train, when I sat up and looked out, my eyes were full of green. In the lush green, there are small sunflowers one after another and big sunflowers one after another. I can't photograph the beauty that my eyes see through the window. All I know is that I feel happy.
The three cars in the opposite carriage have been taking pictures outside by the window. We, a hiker, are always glad that you came.
Snacks and entertainment are indispensable on the train. This car is very headstrong, stopping to rest or replenish from time to time. In Jia Rong's words, the donkey runs faster than it. This seems to say that this is an old railway full of stories. Trains occasionally pass through tunnels in caves and tracks built in rainforests. How much effort did this project spend in the 1970s?
At 4: 26 in the morning, I was sitting in the corridor blowing, and I met a local. He asked me what I was doing, and I said I was waiting for the sunrise. The power of the mobile phone is 1%, so I think I can't lose it. I asked him if he could take me to the dining car to charge. This is not the first time I have come to Africa to ask myself if I am single, but this is the first time I have met an actual alcoholic. I was really scared, so I asked the staff for help, charged the emergency electricity and hurried back to the carriage. Most people here are simple and enthusiastic, but there are always some good places and bad places. I don't know about the green leather car in China, and the dining car on this car is like a bar in the afternoon, accompanied by lively laughter and music from local friends, but it is full of alcohol in the early hours of the night. The ground is full of drunkards, most of them lie quietly on the ground, and some of them harass passers-by. The staff told me that most of them come from hard-seat cars, and the dining car is the best place for you to see the world.
At 5: 43, lights appeared in the distance, and red glow began to appear in the eastern sky. This is the beauty I waited for nearly three hours, and the fatigue of the past 30 hours and the unhappiness of the dining car were swept away.
