In spring, sandstorms are decreasing year by year, environmental control is effectively controlled, urban construction is changing with each passing day, and the pace of life is not very fast. The people's spiritual, material and cultural life has been effectively improved. Wuwei is suitable for low-income groups. As for the rich tycoons, people are trying to escape from this economically underdeveloped city. After all, the space for development, including cultural and educational resources and medical resources, is relatively scarce. The air humidity is so dry that the traffic can't compare with that in developed areas. Then, as ordinary people, we still love this hot land of Wuwei! I believe Wuwei will get better and better.

I have lived in Gansu all my life and am familiar with the Hexi Corridor. Considering climate and price comprehensively, Zhangye is the most livable city in Hexi Corridor. Zhangye occupies the best part of Qilian Mountain, with lush water plants and humid air. Heihe river system provides Zhangye with abundant irrigation water. Followed by Wuwei, in terms of livability, the humid climate in Wuwei is a little worse than that in Zhangye, but a little better than that in Jiuquan; The urban construction and management level of Jinchang and Jiayuguan are good, and the urban roads are wide and smooth, but they are slightly worse than the above three cities in terms of livability, mainly because the air is biting cold and dry in winter and spring.

Wuwei, the capital of Xixia and Xiliang, is a livable city with obvious geographical advantages, pleasant climate and outstanding people.

I can't stand the heat in the south. Although it is hot in summer in the north, it is cool in the room, but not in the south. Other feelings are ok. When you leave home and go somewhere else, you will feel a strange outsider. If you go to Wuwei, you think your weather is suitable and the surrounding environment is like it. Then this place must be livable.

Mainly depends on the individual. My brother lives in Wuwei now. Maybe he works in the railway bureau, the environment is not particularly good, and he doesn't like Wuwei very much.

Judging from the greening development of economic, demographic, cultural, ecological and environmental protection folk parks in recent decades, Wuwei can be regarded as a livable city.

However, in the last four or five years, there has also been a large loss of population, insufficient stamina for agricultural development, serious lag in industrial development, destruction of rural folk customs, aging population and high housing prices.

Why not talk about the sandstorm blowing from the west?

If it is livable in terms of food, clothing, housing and transportation, the price is relatively low, and there are small restaurants and big shopping malls.

If it is very uninhabitable in terms of climate, the whole Hexi Corridor is uninhabitable. Strong ultraviolet rays, strong wind and sand, close to the desert, poor water quality.
