The center of the seventh tropical storm "Seagull" this year is located in Shangyu 16, Shaoxing, which is 30. 1 degree north latitude and 0/20.8 degree east longitude. At present, the storm center is moving to the north-north direction at a speed of about 30 kilometers per hour, passing through the eastern part of Jiaxing, and is expected to enter Jiangsu or southern Shanghai around 20 o'clock today.
