With the eastward movement of the upper trough and the surface cyclone, from 6th to 9th, there will be strong winds, cooling and precipitation in most parts of the north from west to east, and dusty weather in some parts of the northwest. According to the Central Meteorological Observatory, from the 6th to the 9th, there were 4~5 winds in the eastern part of northwest China, Inner Mongolia, northern North China and northeast China, with gusts of 7~8 and local level of 9. The temperature dropped by 6~8℃ successively, and the local cooling rate could reach about 10℃.

Matters needing attention when cold air comes:

1. Keep warm: Wear enough clothes to keep warm, including long-sleeved clothes, coats, hats, gloves and scarves. Choose warm materials suitable for the weather, such as wool, down or thermal underwear.

2. Pay attention to the indoor temperature: keep an appropriate temperature indoors, and use heating equipment or heaters to keep the room warm. Ensure indoor air circulation, but avoid excessive window opening to prevent cold air from entering.

3. Pay attention to traffic safety: when cold air comes, the road may become slippery or icy. When going out, pay attention to walking or driving safety, slow down and keep a safe distance, and ensure that the tires and brake system of the vehicle are in good condition.

4. Pay attention to the weather forecast: pay attention to the weather forecast in time to understand the intensity and duration of cold air. Make corresponding preparations according to the weather forecast, such as purchasing necessary daily necessities and food in advance.
