The influence of climate on health

Every place has a different climate, and in our life, we are always affected by the climate. Our health is no exception. In fact, the climate has a great influence on our health.

As we all know, when the seasons change, most people will catch a cold and have a fever. This is the most common influence of climate on us. Apart from catching a cold in different seasons, many of our diseases are related to the climate. For example, rheumatism suffered by the elderly is the most influential one. As long as the weather is cloudy or too humid, rainy days and the like will be very uncomfortable. Also, if the weather is hot, we may get heatstroke. This is a kind of damage to our health from bad weather. It also has the most direct impact on our health.

Climate will also indirectly affect our health. This is mainly manifested in the psychological impact on us. For example, if we lock a person in a cloudy day, it will be dark every day. Over time, this person's mentality is likely to change, become depressed, irritable and so on. And if you leave a person in a good climate, the whole person may be very peaceful. As far as I'm concerned, I especially don't like rainy days. When it rains, I feel uneasy and uncomfortable. If you leave me in a drizzling environment for a month, I can't stand it. This is the indirect influence of climate on our mental health. Climate controls our tastes.

Finally, there are some weak effects. For example, when our climate becomes low at atmospheric pressure, people who are sensitive to atmospheric pressure may feel uncomfortable. Or some people with respiratory diseases will have symptoms such as dyspnea, but in general, it has little effect.

The climate is changing, but we are adapting, which is why we can exist on the earth. But the influence of climate on us cannot be underestimated.
