At about 8: 30 in the morning, I entered Lanzhou South Toll Station of Lanhai Expressway. Originally planned to go to Songpan, Maoxian and Wenchuan in Gannan. Considering that the snowy road is not easy to walk, I changed to Minxian, Longnan and Guangyuan. The expressway just passed Jianmenguan and was caught in a traffic jam. Real-time traffic conditions on the mobile navigation show that the traffic jam section is about 5 kilometers. After dinner, I waited for about half an hour, and then when I photographed the coming train, I left and went on to the last shooting location, Wan Jia.

At about 2: 50 pm, I arrived at Duanjiawan shooting point, and a train arrived more than half an hour later. After the photo shoot, the tour guide told us that he had just learned that he would have to wait until six o'clock in the afternoon because he stopped working in the afternoon, and he could return now. At about 4: 30, we returned to Bagou Town. After seeing off the guide, we went straight to Yunnan. After crossing the Qianwei Expressway, I checked the route during a break in the Qianwei service area and decided to live in Yibin. At about six in the evening, I arrived in Yibin. After getting off the highway, I searched online and booked a nearby hotel. When I arrived at the hotel, I boarded a room. Just below the hotel, there is a hot pot restaurant that eats fish. I will leave Sichuan tomorrow, and have another hot pot.

D4 On Tuesday, February 26th, it was cloudy with light rain, and the journey was about 340 kilometers, from Yibin to Bijie.

I slept last night, which was the most practical night these days, but I woke up at 5: 30 in the morning. Because I couldn't sleep, I finished my unfinished travel notes last night and sent them to my circle of friends. We leave at about 8: 20 after breakfast. Today's planned destination is Shuicheng in Liupanshui. Yesterday, I got off the expressway and found a hotel nearby to stay, just for the convenience of getting out of the city. I didn't expect the navigation to take us through Yibin from west to east. After leaving Yibin, I got on the expressway. I didn't go far, so I was stuck in a traffic jam for nine kilometers. Fortunately, after walking for two or three kilometers, there was an exit, and finally I got off the expressway, bypassed the congested road section, and then got on the expressway. I got on the expressway again, watched the weather improve, discussed getting off the expressway, and just saw Xingwen Shihai Scenic Area on the exit sign on the roadside, so I decided to go down and have a look around.

As usual, I woke up at five o'clock this morning, stayed in bed for a while, got up at seven o'clock, went downstairs to have breakfast after washing, and set off at half past eight. When passing through Liupanshui exit, the old monitor proposed to take a trip to Shuicheng ancient town, which should have arrived yesterday. At about 9: 40, take Liupanshui Dongxia Expressway and navigate directly to Shuicheng Ancient Town. This is a tourist attraction under construction, the core of which is the historical relics of the third-line construction in the 1960 s It was nearly noon after the ancient town came out. D6 February 28th, Thursday, sunny, Luoping-Nasser Peak Sea-Dorr River-Luoping, the journey is about 140 km.

Leave the hotel at 8: 45 in the morning, go to that windy sea, cross the Banqiao and turn right into a township road, which is a village-to-village highway with a narrow and sharp bend, about 20 kilometers. It takes about 10: 20 to reach Nase Peak Sea, and the whole journey is about 50 kilometers. After parking, go to the observation deck. There are two observation platforms in Nasser Peak Sea. Tickets to 30 yuan. Both observation platforms need to climb mountains. There is a temporary ticket office at the foot of the mountain. Sefenghai mainly watches the sunrise and the sea of clouds. When we arrived, the sun was shining, the sky was clear in Wan Li, and the tourists on the mountain had already started to descend. The staff of the scenic spot told us that it was too late and most tourists lived here. Seeing this, we gave up the idea of going up the mountain, so we walked around the village, took some photos, and then went to the Doyle River.

The straight-line distance from Nase Peak Sea to Doyle River is only 3.6 kilometers, and the township road that can cross the Peak Sea is about 20 kilometers. The road is narrow and only one car can pass. One party must stop in a slightly wider place to miss the meeting. Although the road is not easy, the scenery along the way is quite good. Stop and go all the way, and arrive at Doyle River around 12: 30. After parking, let's go to the snack street at the entrance of the scenic spot to fill our stomachs.

Enter the scenic spot at 1: 30 in the afternoon, walk about six kilometers to the last scenic spot, then come back by battery car, and come out from the scenic spot at about four o'clock, which takes about two and a half hours. Everyone gets here around five o'clock and then leaves the Doyle River. I walked about 40 kilometers from Doyle River and returned to Luoping County at 6 pm. It's getting late and everyone is a little tired. I simply didn't go, and I navigated directly to Tonglin Hotel. I stayed yesterday and had a good experience. After opening the room, I continued to go to yesterday's restaurant, ordered a table of dishes, drank a little wine to relieve fatigue, and went back to my room to rest after a full meal.

D July 1, Friday, sunny, Luoping-Yuanjiang, the journey is about 440 kilometers.

Depart from the hotel at eight o'clock in the morning, go to Fuxian Lake first, get off at Chengjiang exit at around 10: 30 in the morning, then cross Chengjiang County and go straight to Fuxian Lake. When I saw the clear lake and the sparkling Fuxian Lake, I suddenly fell in love with the crystal clear "glass" lake. Driving to a beach, flocks of seagulls fluttered on the beach, let's take pictures to our heart's content. Then I found a restaurant for lunch by the lake and the lake.

After dinner, we walked along the road on the east bank of Fuxian Lake. It was past four o'clock in the afternoon when I left Fuxian Lake, and I arrived at Yuanjiang County at about six thirty in the afternoon. After checking into the hotel, I went to a hometown restaurant on the street for dinner. The riders made a pot of local rice wine, and it was very comfortable to add rice wine to the local hometown dishes.

D August 2nd, Saturday, sunny, Yuanjiang-Xishuangbanna (Jinghong), the journey is about 380 kilometers.

I started from Yuanjiang at eight o'clock in the morning and originally wanted to take the national highway. When I left the city, I checked the navigation and found that taking the national highway was 70 kilometers more than taking the expressway, so I changed to taking the expressway. Soon after getting on the expressway, I entered the mountainous area and walked on the mountain. Suddenly I saw a sea of clouds at the foot of the mountain, which was wonderful and extraordinary, but unfortunately I couldn't stop to take pictures. Because I didn't want to take the expressway, I got off the expressway again. After getting off the expressway, I drove on the 2 13 national highway. After seeing the milestone, I realized that this Lanmo highway from Lanzhou to Ninger, Yunnan, is more than 3,800 kilometers long.

Around noon 12, pass the ancient tea-horse road in Keli. I wanted to have lunch here, but I didn't expect the food in the restaurant at the entrance of the scenic spot to be very expensive, so I turned around the scenic spot. After Pu 'er at one o'clock in the afternoon, G3 12 National Road passes through the city. I didn't see a restaurant on the roadside until I was about to leave the city. Today, I can move freely. I get up at about eight o'clock. Seeing that everyone was quiet at nine o'clock, I went downstairs to have breakfast. Not far from the hotel, there is a steamed bun shop opened by Heilongjiang people. I asked for a bowl of millet porridge, three steamed buns and an egg, and I was full. After breakfast, I went upstairs to my room to rest and went downstairs for lunch at noon. Maybe it's because the hotel is in good condition and comfortable to live in, and I continue to nest in the hotel after lunch. After four o'clock in the afternoon, I walked around the nearby Lancang River, then bought something to eat at Wal-Mart, and went back to the hotel for dinner in the restaurant downstairs.

D10 March 4th, Monday, sunny, Xishuangbanna (Jinghong), with a journey of 0 km.

Today, I continue to rest. After breakfast, I went to the nearby Man Ting Park. The park is not big, and it takes more than two kilometers to walk around. There are hills, rivers and many tropical plants in the park, as well as palaces and other Thai buildings. It used to be the imperial garden of the Dai king, with a history of 1300 years. The scenic spot embodies the three thematic features of "Dai royal culture, Buddhist culture and Dai folk culture". On the east side of the park is the resplendent General Buddhist Temple, the temple of Hinayana Buddhism and the home of local people's spirit and belief.
