Is the comprehensive information fee a lie?

Comprehensive information fee refers to the fees generated by users using their own value-added services and information industry applications other than ordinary voice communication, ordinary wireless Internet access, ordinary sending and receiving short messages and multimedia messages, and cooperative services between CP and SP. These fees are usually charged outside the package, including caller ID, color ring back tone, weather forecast, SMS and subscription service.
