I. Overview

The project is located next to the North Tuanshi Factory in Qinshan Town. There is a pressurized pump station and two 30KW pumps by the river, one for use and one for standby, with frequency conversion control and automatic manual control. The original water inlet vacuum drainage tank is equipped with two manual gate valves, which has no water shortage protection function. 2, detection and evaluation

26 batches of 22 varieties of main raw materials and components were re-examined, all of which passed the one-time inspection. The superior competent department randomly selected 8 varieties for 3 times, and all of them passed the test.

Fourth, engineering changes

The main changes are:

1. Cancel the original design of 30cm 12% lime-soil subgrade for road engineering, and fill the road with the same thickness for slag removal instead; The storage ramp and parking space were originally designed as grass-planted brick pavement, and changed to C25 carved concrete pavement.

2. The rainwater and sewage wells in the original design road of the drainage project are moved to the green belt in a unified way, and rainwater and sewage inspection wells are added; The outlet of the main sewage pipe was originally designed on the east side of Building No.28, but later changed to the east side of Building No.49, adding 80m pipes, 4 inspection wells and 1 grid wells.

Five, problems encountered in the construction process and treatment methods

1. There are many unfavorable factors during the implementation of this project, such as rainy weather, high temperature weather and strong typhoon. In the process of laying rainwater and sewage pipes and digging and filling subgrade in the early stage, it is in the rainy season, which affects the construction progress. Therefore, under the guidance of * manager, the project department vigorously implements the construction guarantee measures in rainy season, organizes uninterrupted pumping and drainage of personnel and equipment, takes advantage of rainy days, increases investment in manpower, machinery and materials, and works overtime to win back the lost time. At the same time, strict quality control is carried out on key processes, especially the backfilling sand of pipeline foundation and the tamping of ballast subgrade, which will be carried out by full-time quality inspectors in each well section or road section one by one to ensure the construction quality reaches the qualified standard.

In the medium-term construction of road water-stabilized base and installation of kerbs, we encountered a rare continuous high temperature weather, with the extreme temperature as high as 42℃, which not only brought serious difficulties to outdoor open-air construction, but also greatly increased the risk of production safety accidents. In order to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents, the project department organized all staff to study the spirit of the document Notice on Further Strengthening Construction Safety in Hot Weather issued by the Municipal and District Construction Bureaus, to improve their ideological understanding, strengthen self-examination and self-correction, improve prevention and control measures, strictly observe the duty system, and make steady progress in safety, which not only ensured the health and safety of construction personnel, but also ensured the construction progress and project quality.

In the later landscape paving process, it was affected by strong typhoon. Fett? Impact, three days of heavy rainfall in this area, the backward Nanliu River, serious water accumulation and power failure in the construction area. Therefore, the project department transferred 1 75kw diesel generator and 1 1/5kw diesel generator and 3 3kw gasoline generators from the company to carry out emergency pumping and drainage with self-provided power supply, so as to resume normal construction in the shortest time.

2, water-stabilized base crack treatment:

After the expiration of the road water-stabilized base construction and maintenance, it was found that after the geotextile was removed and cleaned, there were many cracks on the base surface, mainly distributed in the south of 5 1#~52# building, 3#~4# building, 42# building and 40# building. The maximum crack is about 3 mm, because the crack distribution position has obvious regularity, that is, it is basically parallel to the external gable axis of the new building or the design settlement joint, and the crack width is 0.5 ~ 3 mm Through research, it can be basically determined that cracks appear in the water-stabilized base due to the differential settlement of the new multi-storey single building.

In order to ensure the engineering quality and avoid the influence of crack reflection on asphalt pavement, according to the technical guidance of * * * * * *, our department decided to take the following treatment measures:

(1), clean and wash the road surface, especially the cracks after cleaning, and blow off the dust with a hard brush;

(2) After the cracks are dried, the emulsified asphalt with low consistency is poured into the cracks, and the pouring depth is not less than 2/3 of the crack depth to prevent rainwater from entering the cracks;

(3) Glass fiber geogrid is laid and anchored in the upper part of the crack section (and marked at both ends of the crack), and the breaking strength of glass fiber is not less than 80KN. Because glass fiber grating has high tensile strength and low elongation, it has the function of load stress distribution and diffusion, which can effectively delay the upward reflection of cracks and inhibit the further expansion of cracks.

(4) After paving the asphalt pavement (coarse grain), lay a layer of glass fiber grating at the original crack position according to the mark, and lay 60cm along the crack as the center to both sides, and fix it with steel nails to prevent the reflection of the crack, so as to ensure that the asphalt pavement is not affected, thus ensuring the quality of pavement construction.

In the process of organization and implementation, the project will be carefully constructed and strictly controlled, and the treatment scheme and image data of the treatment process will be reported to the district quality supervision station for review. The construction of asphalt pavement has been completed for three months. During this period, heavy vehicles for greening construction came in and out every day, and nothing unusual was found.

Six, engineering safety, environmental protection and civilized construction

There is no fire accident, death accident and serious injury accident during the construction of this project. The goal of civilized construction was basically achieved, and no environmental violations occurred, ensuring the harmony and unity of production activities and ecological environment.

Seven. Problems and suggestions left over from the project

1, main problems

As a supporting accessory project of residential area, this project will inevitably cause damage, scratches and pollution to various inspection wells, kerbs, asphalt pavement and other parts due to ongoing greening and leveling, farming, planting and maintenance. Please ask the construction unit to organize and coordinate the cooperation between contractors and construction teams to strengthen the protection of finished products. If it is damaged, it should be repaired in time or notified to our unit for handling.

2. Experiences and lessons of project management.

This project, as a supporting accessory project of a new residential area, only involves four parts: roads, rain and pollution, landscape and street lamps. Others, such as electricity, communication, intelligence, gas, water supply, fire protection, greening, etc., are all contracted by the owners in parallel and are not subordinate to each other. In the process of construction, the project department of each bid section lacks overall coordination and overall consideration for the management of each region, and has not formed the management core, unified understanding and overall cooperation. Because there are many specialties, unit projects and overlapping operations in the whole bid section, there is no core management department to control the whole project, and the functions of planning, coordination and control are not realized, which leads to chaos and internal friction, which seriously affects the realization of the overall construction period.

3, engineering warranty

Our department promises to provide quality warranty service in accordance with the relevant provisions of the contract within the warranty period required by the contract. From the date of acceptance and delivery of the project, the warranty work of our department will be started immediately, and a warranty team mainly composed of the main construction personnel of this project will be set up to deal with related problems in time. The letter of guarantee was signed as an annex to the contract.

4, the construction situation

(1) Trenching operation project

After the pay-off from March 16 to March 20th, the trench with a depth of 1.5m will be excavated and moved under the supervision of the equipment unit. It ensures the good operation of the equipment and the smooth progress of the project.

(2) Demolition works

Demolition of the original waiting room of 25m *15.5m. During this period, due to manual demolition, the operation safety hazard is extremely great, and scaffolding and safety protection nets need to be erected for demolition. In addition, in the process of demolishing the underground building of the original waiting room, manual demolition is difficult and the progress of the project is slow, so we adopted mechanical demolition in time;

(3) Foundation trench excavation

From March 20th to March 27th, the foundation trench was excavated by setting out. On the premise of ensuring safety, we adopted mechanical trench excavation, and at the same time, after drilling, we successfully passed the trench inspection organized by the design department on the 29th.

(4) Shutdown stage

Due to the insufficient setting position of the foundation angle, the design department needs to make design changes after the on-site inspection on the 29th, so it can't be constructed and is in a state of waiting for work, so it can't achieve the expected goal of the construction period.

(5) Return to the working stage

Foundation construction resumed on April 13. In this process, it was found that the original excavation was backfill soil and clay, which was not enough to make Sanqi lime soil, and the newly bought earthwork could not be bought locally. After contacting with Gong Lin, the design department, the foundation treatment was carried out in the ratio of white ash: stone chips: fine sand of 3:4:3 instead of Sanqi lime soil, and the standard drop test was made.

(6) Foundation engineering

On April 15, gravel grading foundation treatment construction will be carried out. Combined with the characteristics of tight construction period, large amount of ash mixed and high quality requirements, the project department goes all out, strictly organizes and scientifically constructs. To complete more than 300 gravel grading and compaction tasks, it is necessary to rationally adjust and arrange key working procedures, implement seamless flow construction, and ensure that the construction tasks are completed on schedule.
