Beauty comes from not being angry-Wang Yujing and King Kong share their wisdom and practice.
As a modern woman, we may be more obsessed with beauty than women in any previous era. Every day, when we open our eyes and turn on our mobile phones and computers, a huge amount of media information will flood in from all directions. When we are lost in the beauty hallucinogens of advertisers, we are more and more convinced that we are not perfect! You must use more and more expensive packaging to become more attractive! Advertisers know the black hole in people's hearts. "There is no best, only better!" The inspiration, let women indulge in it. And there are almost as few people who can stay awake and unmoved as stars.
Beauty is almost all women's lifelong pursuit. I've been there myself. I once made a rough calculation that about 40% of my income in the past was used to dress up and decorate my appearance. Open all kinds of beautiful magazines: they will always let you know that beauty is the first step to success! Even so, I have never been completely satisfied with my appearance, and I often feel annoyed about it. Why didn't my parents make me more beautiful?
Teacher Gussie taught us that there are two ways to make you beautiful: one is to buy the best and most expensive cosmetics, such as Lancome, Estee Lauder, Chanel and so on to dress yourself up. The other is sowing!
? In the King Kong system, we will say that the first method is the old one, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't! Second, the method of 100% is effective and simple.
First, the beauty of women comes from the calmness of consciousness.
When I first started learning King Kong's Law, I listed in six books a problem that I most wanted to improve, that is, don't get angry easily. This problem has been bothering me.
Sometimes, even the smallest thing makes me angry and anxious! A friend who can tell a fortune once said that my horoscope is more prosperous, so my temper is more urgent. This old method has convinced me for many years. Every time I get angry with others, I will regret it and comfort myself by saying, forget it! This is destiny takes a hand, can't change!
If I hadn't met Mr. Gussie in my life and had no chance to listen to him talk about "pen", I, an angry person, would never change in my cognitive world!
After learning the wisdom of King Kong, in addition to recording six books every day to follow up my own physical and mental seeds, I also began to practice yoga and meditation. At first, I couldn't insist on it every day. I always felt it was too time-consuming.
It was not until one day that I suddenly found that I could stop being angry easily that I really began to believe that yoga, meditation and six-point book were the most important tools to change my spiritual world.
My mother is the person who has the greatest influence on my life. In retrospect, I know that my mother is the most easily ignited person. Even after I gave birth to my daughter, I was still complaining bitterly about how unfair my mother was to me.
In my mother's eyes, I will always be the most stubborn and disobedient daughter, and I will never give in to her! I remember one day, when I came home from work and saw my mother preparing meals, I remembered that our family was too wasteful (this is true, I really didn't understand that it was consuming good news before! ) throw away all the leftovers. You can heat them before eating. . .
For me before, my mother lit the flint, and I will burn it immediately, especially now my mother is still a guest in my house.
Miraculously, although I tried to refute it, I was not angry. Instead, I am worried about my mother's mood, for fear that she will nag about it unhappily.
I bowed my head and silently walked into my room, with butterflies in my stomach, thinking about how to face my mother in the future. Subconsciously, I feel that I should do a "giving and receiving meditation" for my mother at this time. Although I have been practicing this meditation for some time, this is the first time for my mother. I tried to get my mother into my consciousness and sat down gently in front of her. . .
For a short time, when I opened my eyes, I felt my heart calmed down and confidently said to myself: I will keep smiling no matter what my mother says when I go out!
Amazingly, when I opened the door and saw my mother, she smiled at me miraculously! This has never happened before. She said, nothing, you don't like leftovers, so make new ones!
Teacher Gu Si once said that the people around us are all secret angels sent by the Buddha, and they are testing whether we are really practicing in different ways.
A little test of my mother actually made me succeed! ! ! This habit of losing my temper and talking back, which I thought I would never change in my life, was easily reversed! Am I dreaming?
After this, I began to really love meditation! It also inspired me to share the benefits of meditation with more people and gave me the opportunity to plant more seeds to keep my consciousness calm.
Today, I spend less than 4% on cosmetics and clothes, and the clothes I wear are almost four or five years ago. The newly bought clothes are all cotton comfortable clothes that cost less than 100 yuan on Taobao. But every time I walk in the street, I feel beautiful from the inside out. That kind of happiness and satisfaction is irreplaceable by any high-end cosmetics or expensive clothes.
"Smile is the most beautiful lipstick, kindness is the most beautiful dress!" As Teacher Gussie said: The true beauty of a woman comes from the tranquility of your consciousness! From the seeds you planted by being kind to others!
Second, the essence of "getting angry" is "empty".
The world we live in is a blank existence. Everything we feel comes from the way we used to treat others and the seeds we planted in our consciousness. Teacher Gussie taught that nothing in this world does not come from your seeds, and everything you encounter is "empty" in itself.
And "emptiness" can be used by you to fix all the problems in your life!
To me, getting angry is like a pen in my hand. I can regard it as my very bad and unchangeable bad habit and accept my fate. But it can also be regarded as a way for me to gain inner growth and practice, and use it to improve myself. The emptiness of the pen itself tells me that it is nothing! What it is depends on how I use it.
On the other hand, if I am a person who has never lost my temper, I can't appreciate the pleasure of reminding myself to stay conscious and calm at this moment today! It is because I have suffered from it that I have a chance to change. And all this comes from the seeds in my heart!
So, how can we order ourselves to be angry often, so that people around us and ourselves can feel hurt and hurt constantly? I interpret it in four ways that we often use in King Kong Business School. Friends who want to know the meaning of seeds, listen to the next decomposition! (To be continued)
Beauty comes from not being angry (part two)
Three, four ways of seed flowering:
In King Kong Business School, when Mr. Gusi told us about the spiritual knowledge of "emptiness" and "seeds", the rule of four times four was the most talked about. At first, I didn't understand the fourth set of rules deeply. Today, when I saw the things planted consciously blossom and bear fruit one by one, I really began to understand what the truth law taught by Mr. Gussie is.
First of all, "what you give is what you get".
About getting angry, most of us don't want it! But looking around, people who are out of control are almost everywhere. There are also different levels of anger. In some so-called well-educated people, you may not see someone go on the rampage, but words sharper than a sword and hurting people are almost everywhere, which is always creepy.
One of the important contents we have learned from Vajrayana wisdom is the "Ten Virtues", in which there are two important virtues: speaking softly to others and sympathizing with their misfortunes. These two virtues are just related to our fidgety mood, and they will also be the seeds for us to plant beautiful or ugly looks.
Everything has a real reason, and this reason is seeds. If we can find the seeds, we can find the root of the problem.
One of the real reasons that lead us to be angry and often lose control of our emotions is that we once "gloated" over the misfortunes of others in our consciousness!
You find that you can't control your emotions: you are furious with employees, suppliers, customers, the weather, telephone calls and everything, Mr. Gussie wrote in the business question 19 of Breaking King Kong.
"This type of anger is an interesting question in a world that operates by the law of potential and imprint. This is also the result of wanting others to get into trouble-or at least being happy to see others get into trouble.
This phenomenon is very common for people we hate. But if you think about it carefully, it is not difficult to find that this phenomenon is the most cruel and ugly state in human consciousness. Why do we want someone to get into trouble, including those who want us to be unlucky? Why do we want someone to get into trouble, even those who are waiting to see our bad luck get into painful trouble? The troubles in our life, career and family are the enemies of all of us.
Like AIDS and cancer, it is a kind of suffering that is not good for anyone and destroys the whole world. "
When I first saw these teachings, my heart was shocked! In my personal life, I have been secretly sowing the seeds of "schadenfreude", from wanting to see the leader I don't like step down to seeing the employee I don't like leave, the new job is worse, the income is lower, and so on. This conscious "gloating", expecting others to encounter misfortune, has almost never stopped in my own mind, and I have never realized it. This is what makes me lose control of my emotions. I don't understand that I have been working hard and eager to succeed, but I always hope to get the right result in the wrong way.
"If we really want to succeed at any level, we must do our best to eliminate people's unhappiness in all forms, even that of our competitors." (Excerpted from "Breaking King Kong" Business Issues 19- Author Gussie Mike)
I understand this truth. Today, when I know that other colleagues, friends, family members and even competitors have encountered misfortune or difficulties, I will try to sit down and give them a meditation. Sometimes when I see other cars on the side of the road, I will silently give them a short meditation. As a result, my heart is getting softer and softer, and I have more empathy for the difficulties encountered by others. Smiles are also more and more blooming from the heart.
When we give "schadenfreude", we will "get out of control". When we give love and care to others, we will certainly get more love and respect.
Let the sincere desire to wish others a happy family, successful career and success become the nourishment of our life. Your beauty will make everyone feel warm and happy. Because, "what you pay will eventually become what you get!" " "
The second way of flowering is to "get into the habit".
Habit, we can also call it "addiction". I have worked in the media for many years and have been pressured and tortured by the "heart of comparison". Whether it is individual works or collective works, we always need to be put on the table to accept comments. Sometimes these comments are fair, but more often, they are depressing! Being in it, I often treat my colleagues around me with words of praise and criticism involuntarily. It seems that there is no sense of existence to "form a habit" of not commenting and expressing opinions, which of course leads to the tension and depression of interpersonal relationships.
I remember wearing all kinds of famous brands, holding fashionable handbags and wearing exquisite makeup at that time, but as soon as I walked into the office, I would see my colleagues spread out as far away as avoiding the plague, for fear that I would make offensive criticism on others. At that time, I believed that there was no beauty!
Back to the business problem of King Kong 15: "The competitors are ruthless. When you confront each other head-on, the other side always seems to have the upper hand. " This is almost exactly the same as what I met, and the "King Kong antidote" given by Mr. Gus also shocked me.
While I constantly criticize my colleagues for their imperfect and irresponsible work, I also constantly encounter the fruits of other bosses and competitors who have performed better and more successfully than us.
"swearing at others is one of the main reasons for this special phenomenon. Ancient Buddhist classics provide an interesting explanation for "evil words". They divide bad words into two kinds: one is that the words themselves are harsh and ugly, and the other is that the words themselves are nice but full of malice. Therefore, when you severely reprimand an employee in front of several colleagues, it is obvious that you have implanted a bad word in your heart. " (Excerpted from Breaking King Kong Business Issues 15)
When I realized that the real reason why I saw my projects fail repeatedly was that I criticized my colleagues or family members with "sharp words", I deeply regretted what I had said and done in the past and learned to choose words more carefully to communicate with others. Especially the people and things that annoy me the most on weekdays, I will adjust my mood first and then communicate more carefully.
As long as it is easy to make you angry, just avoid getting angry. "The seeds themselves can help us. Once you understand the law of seeds and the real source of things, it is almost impossible to be angry with others. " (Excerpted from Question 8 of Love Seeds)
I remember one day I took a taxi. As soon as I got on the bus, the driver asked me fiercely: Where are you going? I told the location, and he reluctantly said, "I just came from there and I want to go again!" " You can't turn around here now. Go to the front . . "I sat quietly in the back row, listening to his complaints and didn't make any response! I am deeply grateful to him for letting me know how I used to treat others. By the way, this kind of consciousness didn't come in a day. It's the fact and the truth. I'm struggling not to get angry with others easily. I insist on yoga, meditation and six-hour book practice every day to clean up my inner dirt and ignorance. When I got off the bus, I gave the driver a beautiful smile and said to him, "Thank you for your hard work! " "
I saw him looking at me with a little puzzled eyes. And I also believe that I have planted a beautiful and kind seed in his heart. Make his next job easier.
"Avoid any sharp words, always remind yourself to avoid planting a lot of seals, and then sit back and watch competitors ups and downs in the mall."
(Excerpted from Breaking King Kong Business Issues 15)
Let friendly words become the "habit" of life, constantly perceive and challenge your own bottom line, strive to open your heart to more people, and regard other people's problems as your own. The results of listening, thinking and practicing not only make me see that my work and career are more successful today, but also constantly create new miracles! And my inner happiness and satisfaction have been greatly improved, which is irreplaceable by any material money.
Bloom's third way is "you create people, things and environments around you". I gave it to others, and I will definitely gain more.
Once planted, seeds will roll faster and wider like snowballs.
In the past, I used to ridicule my colleagues and family members working around me with words, but at the same time, I also created countless unkind bosses and family members, hurting my external environment at will. Today, when I keep learning to clean up my body, language and mind by seed method and keep sharing what I understand with others, what I feel most strongly is that I have met more people who are friendly, kind and full of wisdom. They are very friendly and full of wisdom to me and others, and they are very willing to serve others and take pleasure in it.
Once, in a course in Shanghai, someone asked Mr. Gussie: How can we have a team like the "Jingang Business School Lecturer Team" with a beautiful appearance and a wise inner world? How did you create them?
At that moment, I stood beside Mr. Gus on the stage and felt extremely proud that I was a member of this elite team! Yes, if you sow the seeds of friendliness, you will meet more friendly people. If you share wisdom, you will also meet more wise teachers to teach you to help you and teach you how to walk on the right path! Every teacher in King Kong Business School is created by my seeds! And Miss Gussie is the greatest seed I have created in my life! If you are willing to try, you can also create your own intelligent and compassionate teacher! And you, too, will become the most precious and rare treasure in the world!
Bloom's fourth method is:
Your actions (seeds) also create your next world!
If all goes well in our life, everyone can live to be about 70-80 years old. If you have studied the law of seeds, you will definitely ask a question. What about the seeds I planted? What about the seeds that have no chance to mature in this life? Where will they go? Teacher Gussie said: The next world!
In my mind, I am confused about the idea that people will have an afterlife, but I still clearly remember what happened in my dreams after my death. If all this is true, then I should believe that there is an afterlife! When the seeds of our bodies are consumed one day, they will blend into the earth. The seeds of our spiritual world will live longer.
Let's talk about beauty. There seems to be a big gap between my mother and me since I was a child, and I always thought that my mother didn't like me and preferred my brother. Many years ago, when I attended some growth courses in psychology, what I healed the most was the gap with my mother, which was difficult to fill. Anger at my mother is the theme of almost all my treatment cases.
I even went to India to find any teacher who could cure me. At that time, I didn't know how many sad tears I shed and how many clothes I got wet.
A psychology teacher told me that to accept your mother is to accept yourself as a woman. I fully understand the truth, but the involuntary inner resistance when I was with my mother never made me completely open my heart to my mother. Until I began to understand seeds and cause and effect. Until I started trying, I started meditation, yoga, and recorded six books for my mother who didn't want to touch the most.
One day, I suddenly understood! My mother was also created by my seed! In the past, I planted a lot of separated seeds. I loved one and hated the other, and I was mean and greedy. So when my seeds chose to reincarnate me, I was placed in a family like my parents, so that I could experience what I did to others in the past again and reproduce! My mother is just a mirror, replaying the plays I used to play for others. I spent so much energy trying to prove that my mother was unfair to me?
My hair stood on end when I realized this powerful seed! It turns out that the person I have been angry with is myself, and the angry mother who makes me angry doesn't exist at all! And in the past 50 years of my life, I have been angry and angry with someone who never existed! This is a tragedy of how I came from, and I am actually the director, actor and audience of this play!
Mr. Gusi once taught us how to experience life through a thangka "Wheel of Life". In that painting, everything we experienced after death and the afterlife was described clearly. Unless we understand in this life, what you do to others will be rewarded! Otherwise, we will never get rid of the pain of reincarnation! Even fell into bad taste and reincarnated as an animal and evil spirit!
This is not to scare everyone, because I also have good seeds to prove that everything in today's life comes from our own seed creation. For example, I must have planted many seeds to help others learn wisdom in my previous life! Fear of the seeds of Buddhism and offering the seeds of flowers, lamps and water to the Buddha are the reasons why the world is so full of Buddhist joy and willing to share it with others. And I am also convinced that these precious wealth seeds will also lead me to the next better world.
Thanks to the great teacher of mankind, Buddha, he proved to be extremely wise 2500 years ago! Thank you for sharing the wisdom of King Kong from generation to generation! I thank my teacher, Gussie Mike Roach, who, through all kinds of hardships, brought these profound wisdom into our lives and made us better people in this life!
Thanks to my partner, Mr Yao, my colleagues who grew up with me, A Juan,,, and my best friend, Ms. Yao, who took me on this beautiful road and gave me the opportunity to rewrite my life! I thank every partner around me. You are my greatest blessing! Gave me countless spiritual nourishment, without you, I can't do anything! Love every one of you!
I am still in the process of studying hard. Please correct my shortcomings.
Thank you!
