On August 7, the office of Fuping County People's Government of Baoding City issued a notice on continuing to normalize the two tail numbers, saying that in order to reduce motor vehicle pollution and effectively improve the air quality in Fuping County, according to the requirements of air pollution prevention and control in provinces, cities and counties, the county and Beijing continued to normalize the two tail numbers.

Fuping restriction regulations

Restricted areas: East 4th Street, Qiaodong Street and Fusheng South Street in Fuping County (Qiaoxi Street, North Street, Fu Qian Street, Zhongxing Street, Taihang Road, He Yan Road, Shahe North Road, Shahe South Road and the west lead of expressway (traffic lights to the west gate of the county, county hospital to Qiaodong Street).

Tail number: from August, 2008 10 to October, 2008 1 4, and it is restricted from Monday to Friday on weekdays, which are 5 and 0,1and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9 respectively, subject to the last Arabic numeral of the vehicle number plate.
