What are the local products in Hunan?

1. Anhua black tea is a very famous local tea in Hunan. Its tea is collected from the big leaf species in Xuefeng Mountain tea area of Hunan Province. Anhua black tea soup is bright red and has a faint scent of pine smoke.

2. Wicker cake is a special pastry snack in Hunan, made of glutinous rice. The wick cake is white and soft in color and similar in shape to the wick, but it tastes sweet, spicy, cool and fragrant.
