For myself, I can't achieve the expected internship effect. Of course, after the guidance and coordination of the instructor, the two students finally completed the internship task.
From March to June of 20 13, according to the school's work arrangement, I worked as an educational practice instructor in Taocheng District of Hengshui City, guiding and managing the daily work of 8 practice points and guiding 168 students, and encountered some problems. 1. As far as the internship base is concerned, some schools do not attach importance to and look down on the internship normal students. As soon as the interns arrive, they will have a meeting, and arrange the internship instructor and interns in the office of the base, but then they will be allowed to watch homework, supervise and study in the office. Instructors in the base are not allowed to attend classes, participate in the management of class students, and are not allowed to be locked up for cold treatment. Judging from the internship students, some students often ask for leave, their internship attitude is not correct, and their self-esteem is too strong. When the internship base arranged jobs for them, they were too timid, not serious and active, and they were not practical. In short, they didn't realize the significance of internship. However, interns are very dissatisfied with the cold treatment of the internship base, so interns are tired of coping with the internship, which leads to the internship in name only. 3. From the perspective of sending interns to colleges and universities, there is no choice to determine qualified internship bases, no education for students with excellent academic performance, and no mobilization education for internships. These problems lead to low quality of practice and bad social influence.
20 14 From March 17 to June/2 1 year, according to the work arrangement of the school, I worked as an educational practice instructor in Jingxian County, Hengshui City, guiding and managing the daily work of 7 practice points and guiding 78 students. Generally speaking, the internship site and the students who participated in the internship performed well, and everything was in line with the internship rules and regulations of normal college students. Only a few second-year interns did badly. One of the female students, her boyfriend even pretended to be her father to call the instructor, saying that she was "acclimatized and asked to be transferred from Jingxian practice point" and asked to be transferred to another county practice base middle school. The reason is that the county has a girl's uncle who can take care of her. The instructor believed it and actively coordinated the matter. In the process, he found that his self-proclaimed "father" was a girl's boyfriend. Of course, he immediately warned the two students to avoid the adverse effects of the internship. In addition, a student left his internship in the name of postgraduate entrance examination and was warned by the teacher who led the internship in the middle school where he was practicing. Instead of making corrections, he openly gave gifts to the teachers at the internship site, and was immediately reported to the general instructor in his life. I cooperated with the leaders and teachers of the internship base school to convincingly return to the internship site school and stop the improper behavior of interns in time. The leaders in charge of Jingxian Education Committee, the leaders of the practice base schools and the faculty all attach great importance to the educational practice of normal students. The leaders in charge of the Education Commission led the team to supervise the practical work of each practice point. The leaders and teachers of the internship site made thoughtful arrangements for the interns' life and work, and guided them to standardize their work. The interns in each internship point work hard, are enthusiastic and have achieved remarkable results. Interns were welcomed when they first arrived at the internship base. When they returned to the university after the internship, they were seriously retained by middle school students and primary school students at various internship sites. The existing problem is that the number of excellent interns is limited, but there are many really excellent interns, which makes me very reluctant to give up what I have left, so many people are excellent but can't get excellent places. It is very painful to think about it. However, the evaluation system cannot be changed immediately.
In addition, it is a common phenomenon that the courses of interns in educational institutions in many practice bases are different from those in universities. Scholar Jiang also pointed out this problem in the article "Policy Analysis of Teaching Practice". As far as the practice of guiding teachers with internship team is concerned, from March 17 to June 30/20 14, the actual teaching practice of normal students in Jingxian Education Practice Base in Hebei Province shows that interns majoring in 1/3 are wrong. There are 79 interns in this base, and two of them are also arranged to teach many courses in primary schools. 20 13 from 18 March to June 30th, there were 164 interns in Hengshui Taocheng Education Practice Base, and the courses of 1/3 interns were also inconsistent with their majors. When interns arrive, they are isolated and placed in a cold place, and interns are not allowed to contact with students. The internship instructor is only responsible for filling out an internship form, which makes the internship meaningless and ineffective. Interns only see that interns don't trust and support. Such an internship school does not have the qualification to accept interns, so universities and education committees should choose another qualified internship school. In primary and secondary schools, schools with responsible leaders and teachers, sincere attitude towards interns and good implementation of internship rules and regulations should be chosen as internship schools. Practice schools should be broad-minded, provide job opportunities within their capabilities, and let normal students display their talents, which will achieve a win-win effect.
