The navel catches cold easily. Especially wearing navel and blowing in air-conditioned room will soon cause the invasion of cold air.

Now many girls have the problem of palace cold. Usually, if you don't pay attention to your menstrual period, it hurts like hell, and you have to take painkillers to relieve it. And when summer comes, air conditioning is inevitable. Staying in an air-conditioned room for a long time, too much air conditioning will also cause the invasion of cold air.

The air conditioner in our classroom is so full that we feel cold every time we come out of class in the classroom. I feel my whole back is frozen, especially my stomach is very cold. When we walked out of the classroom, we all felt sincerely moved. It's really warm outside. So don't stay in the air-conditioned room for too long in summer, and don't turn on the air conditioner when you sleep at night. It's easy to catch a cold. It's hard to get rid of colds in summer.

Therefore, although it is a hot summer day, we should pay attention to cold protection, never eat too many cold drinks because of gluttony, don't turn the air conditioner down too low, and don't stay in the air-conditioned room for a long time.
