How is the weather in Xichang compared with that in Kunming?

Each has its advantages and disadvantages. The advantage of Xichang is that the seasons are like spring, and the blue sky and white clouds are very comfortable, neither too cold nor too hot. The disadvantage is that there is plenty of sunshine and strong ultraviolet rays in summer, but if you don't get sunshine, it doesn't exist and it's cool. The city is fine in winter, and there will be strong winds in some parts of the country ~ ~ Generally speaking, it is not bad. In Kunming, it should be said that it will be hot in summer and cold in winter, but I don't particularly understand that the weather for cabin washing is better than that in Kunming.
