1. Mount Fuji

Address: 418-0112, Shizuoka Prefecture, Fujinomiya City

Mount Fuji is the highest peak in Japan , famous for its natural beauty and cultural significance, is a sacred spiritual place for Japanese people and a source of artistic inspiration. The scenery of Mount Fuji is different in each season. Cherry blossoms bloom in spring, the mountain breeze blows in summer, the mountain is covered with red leaves in autumn, and it is covered with snow in winter. There are more than 2,000 species of plants around the mountain, making it a natural botanical garden.

It’s well worth a visit. Basically, this is one of the must-see classics in Japan! Unfortunately, the weather was bad when we went there. It was snowing, so we could only climb halfway up the mountain and couldn't experience it up close.

2. Akiu Falls

Address: Higashi-Dawa City, Miyagi Prefecture, Sendai City, Taihaku District, Akiu-machi Baba Falls

One of the fun things to do in winter is Go see the beautiful snow scene, and if no one has been to the place where you see the snow scene, it will be double happiness. The Northeastern region of Japan where Akiu Falls is located has very cold winters, so the waterfalls freeze during the coldest period of the year, forming a unique spectacle. And there are very few tourists in winter. Because it is in the mountains, everywhere you go is very quiet. You can only hear the soft sound of running water when passing by the stream.

The last bus in winter is very early, I think it’s three or four o’clock. So if you go in winter, it’s best to check the time of the last bus in advance!

3. Osaka Castle Park

Address: 1-1 Osaka Castle, Chuo-ku, Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Japan

Osaka Castle Park, a must-visit place in Osaka One was built by Toyotomi Hideyoshi in 1586. It is said that the stones for the city wall were donated by every noble at that time, and each stone has the name of the family!

Osaka Castle Park is a good place to relax. Take a boat ride, stroll along the river, see green trees, and blooming cherry blossoms. Just thinking about it can relieve fatigue; at night, with the lights setting off , if you catch up with the Festival of Lights, the beautiful night view will be even more charming than during the day!

4. Nara Park

There are leisurely walking deer everywhere in the park, you can feed and walk in , most of the fawns are docile and will nod to express their gratitude after feeding them deer cakes! Bow to the deer, and the polite deer will give you a bow in return! If you encounter a stubborn one, try another one! Some deer may be tired of eating grass cakes. Can you feed them some grass? But don’t bring your own food to feed~

Nara Park does not require tickets and is open to tourists for free, but the grass cakes here ( 200 yen) is charged and is optional.

5. Kyoto Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine

Address: 68 Fukakusa Yabuuchi, Fukakusa-Yabunouchi, Fushimi-ku, Kyoto Prefecture, Japan

When it comes to Japanese landmark buildings, Japan's "shrines" are indispensable. For tourists from all over the world, the most famous shrine in Japan is the "Fushimi Inari Taisha Shrine". There are more than 30,000 "Fushimi Inari" shrines in Japan, with its headquarters in Kyoto. , the entire shrine covers an Inari mountain.

The dense vermilion "Senbon Torii" behind the main hall of the shrine is one of the most representative landscapes in Kyoto and also appeared in the movie "Memoirs of a Geisha". Hundreds of vermilion torii gates form a passage to the top of Mount Inari (most Japanese temples and shrines are mainly vermilion, which is believed to be a color that can exorcise evil spirits and subjugate demons). There are also Dozens of stone fox statues.

I got up early to take pictures of the deserted torii gate. I was lucky enough to meet a priest. When the priest walked into the torii gate, I had the illusion of going back in time and traveling through thousands of years.
