Single-sided corrugating machine faces elimination

Up to now, single-sided machines can't guarantee the quality of cartons because of their low grade, and they are facing elimination.

In the early 1990s, the state issued a "quality license" for export carton packaging.

It is considered that the single-sided machine can ensure the quality of cartons, which is a decision made from reality at that time. Therefore, in order to compete for foreign trade packaging business, many carton factories buy a large number of single-sided machines. At that time, Hubei Jingshan Light Industry Machinery Factory just caught up with this bus and increased the production of single-sided machines.

In the first two years of 1990s, carton factories all over the country flocked to the remote town of Song He, scrambling to buy machines from Jingshan Factory every day. The factory also flourished, but after two or three years, it gradually cooled down. This is because, on the one hand, the quality of cartons processed by single-sided machine can not be guaranteed because the moisture content of cardboard can not meet the standard, especially in rainy weather, users can not deliver goods within a time limit. If you add drying equipment, it will not work, and the dryer will not work well. Many carton factories were still in use at first, but later they became a pile of scrap iron, which led to a decline in profits. On the other hand, the output of single-sided machine is low, which can not meet the needs of enterprise development.

In order to expand production, a factory imported two single-sided machines, but the output value is still not high. Until the mid-1990s, the leading enterprises of China carton packaging machinery-Jingshan in Hubei, Zhaoqing in Guangdong, Handan in Hebei, Beijing Aircraft, Ningbo in Zhejiang, Yantai in Shandong, Henan Aerospace and other enterprises successively developed "corrugated paper production lines" to supply the market, and a large number of carton factories developed from single-sided machines replaced single-sided machines with production lines. Let the single-sided machine become a supplement to the production line-use the single-sided machine in the processing and production of some small-specification, low-grade and domestic cartons. But it won't be long, and it is estimated that it will last for two or three years.

Ordinary production lines are limited.

In the mid-1990s, a number of enterprises developed from single-sided machines to production lines. Although this is a leap and the beginning of the development of the production line, the three-tier production line and ordinary production line are still low-grade lines in terms of equipment grade, with low output and poor quality, which can not meet the needs of market development. After three or five years of use, the domestic ordinary production line has become obsolete.

In recent years, enterprises have encountered unprecedented market changes and industry changes. The market demand is constantly expanding and the quality requirements are higher. The quality of products processed by ordinary production lines cannot keep up with the market demand. In order to improve the output and quality, the equipment must be upgraded.

At the same time, the change of the industry makes the competition begin to upgrade, from disorderly competition to orderly competition, from single competition to cooperative competition. In the new competition, we should also have new grade equipment as a means of competition. During the period of using ordinary production lines, large, medium and small enterprises made their own cartons and struggled in the market. After entering the high-end production line, we will directly supply the processed cartons to users, and the processed cardboard will be supplied to small factories, which will process the cartons and then supply them to users. This is a change in the industry. Only when enterprises go to the high-end line can they have a competitive advantage. The trend of upgrading the equipment level this time is fierce and much higher. In just one year or so, Nanjing has entered seven major production lines, leaving ordinary production line enterprises far behind.

The number of ordinary production lines will be further limited and reduced. However, in economically underdeveloped areas, ordinary lines are still a treasure, and there is still a long period of development. After a few years, when the economy of these backward areas develops, it may be infiltrated by high-grade lines in advanced areas, and ordinary low-grade lines will be replaced by high-grade lines.
